The sales process was fine with Nick, but beyond that, the process took way too long. We signed a contract in May and did not get up and running until end of September. And the communication received in between was few and far between. Additionally, the newer hire, Jessica, was not impressive. She told me incorrect information and was not helpful when I asked questions. She also mainly would communicate on weekends rather than normal business hours which made it tricky to connect. I understand her business hours include weekends, but 5pm on a Saturday is not the time to reach customers.
