Casey has been amazing. There were some hiccups but Casey was always ready to assist and jumped right on the issues. Israel the Construction Manager assisted with us getting those issues resolved. Great Team !!!

We had chosen another major co. It was 6 months into it & nothing had gotten done not even a permit was started. Then they had a major lay off of about 150 employees & we just wanted our solar up & running. We switched to solar Cowboys, which we should have gone with from the very beginning. Within a week they were out putting up the infrastructure & by the time they were done the permit was done at almost the same time. They were fast, hard working, trust worthy & did everything they so as they would do. I recommend them highly ! They had a better price & are a smaller younger hungry business without the Corp overhead & can offer that savings to the customer.

The sales process was fine with Nick, but beyond that, the process took way too long. We signed a contract in May and did not get up and running until end of September. And the communication received in between was few and far between. Additionally, the newer hire, Jessica, was not impressive. She told me incorrect information and was not helpful when I asked questions. She also mainly would communicate on weekends rather than normal business hours which made it tricky to connect. I understand her business hours include weekends, but 5pm on a Saturday is not the time to reach customers.
