We had our system installed in 2020. It was working fine until recently when it stopped reporting data to the Enphase server. This means that we are not getting any credit from our utility company for the energy that our system sends back to the grid. I have tried calling their 844 number - no answer and nobody returns the voicemail. Their website is down. I tried contacting the sales people who sold us the system - no answer. I found executives on LinkedIn including the personal assistant to the CEO. I contacted them - the Director of Operations replied saying that I should contact Enphase - I contacted Enphase who gave me a case number and confirmed that that Sunfinity need to send someone out to fix the issue. Now even after emailing 4 times, I am not getting any reply. Don't bother with them - zero concern for customer service after the sale is made.

working with Sunfinity has been a very frustrating experience. First was the installation of the panels and the meters. I have a town home and when the 3rd party company Sunfinity hired, yes they do not use their own people to install and rely on 3rd party installers, the company started drilling holes and installing on my neighbors roof. Then they placed the meter boxes in the most convenient place for them, right next to the front door. Looked horrible, so I had them move the boxes. The company was in a hurry to leave as they had a bigger project to work on and make more money. So they were O.K with the lags poking through my ceiling and leaving the lags exposed. I had to make them fix all the mistakes, well when the first rains came take a guess. Yep leaks, 11 of them to be precise. 8 months later and still dealing with leaks. Company does not want to fix my roof, that was only 5 years old and no leaks, so we are heading to court.
