Worst owners, worst customer service I have ever seen. System was installed on Nov. 18th 2025 and the meter collar was assumed bad, system kept tripping off. 4 service orders and 5 project managers later, it's now Feb. 13th 2026 and i still have no working system. The company sent in the notice of completion to my finance company so they could get paid and somehow SCE bought the system off so now I'm paying the loan, and a full usage SCE bill. One of the owners wanted me to go turn breakers on and off instead of sending out a technician. Still waiting for them to communicate with SCE to send them out for my collar install.
