I was looking around at several quotes when I was shopping around for the right system. Sunergy was not the cheapest company of the quotes I've seen but Pablo was very clear about what the company was about and made everything easy to understand. I never felt rushed to buy anything and was very comfortable with the communication which was a big part of my decision. During the install, Chris was my point of contact and he made sure to keep me in the loop the entire time. From the initial setup to finalizing with the inspector, I was very happy with how Sunergy took care of everything. I can't believe how fast everything was from the appointment to the final installation. I've had friends who have gotten solar panels done at their houses and I thought this would be taking months. Sunergy made everything really easy for me as a customer and I could not be happier with my purchase.

I met Chris from Sunergy through a roofer doing work on a house on my block. He came by, I provided my energy bills for the past two years knowing they would go up due to rate hikes and we just installed a pool. We were also planning on a reroofing project. Chris was the first vendor I talked with and he was very straight forward with his proposal. He only offered one company's panels because he believes in the product and doesn't come across as selling what he gets the best deal on versus what is best for the customer. I had discussions with other solar vendors who offer solar and roofing and they were more expensive than having it done with separate vendors. Sunergy wasn't cheap, about $1500 less than the other vendors, but they did work with our roofer to ensure that their installation wouldn't void the roofing warranty. That saved me about $4500 overall. Three years later the panels and inverter(s) are still working as expected and I haven't had an electric bill in three years (there were small charges, $12 - $15, until my credit kicked in after the first year). Every chance I get I recommend Sunergy or Solaria panels. - Jim G

Sunergy installed my solar panels in March 2023, and I was very pleased with the service and products that they provided. My contact was Chris Hammerstone, and it was very refreshing to work with someone who was very honest, clear with his communication and extremely responsive to my inquiries. Chris actually spent some time educating me on solar panels in general, and I appreciated that he provided me the necessary information to make the best decision for myself. The installation of the panels was fast (about 6-8 hours, over a period of 2 days). The activation of the panels was also relatively fast. The longest process was to work with my HOA for approvals; Chris also helped me navigate this process as he is very familiar with my HOA. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Sunergy, and I highly recommend them.

Chris and his team did an excellent job on our solar panel install. They got everything done quickly which allows us to get in under NEM 2.0. He also worked well with the city and Edison to get all approvals needed. We appreciate the teams effort and would highly recommend them.

Knowledgeable and quick. I really like the live status of the system on my PC. My annual bill from SCE was $8.15. Not bad for Southern California.
