Normally, we would never consider buying anything from a door-to-door salesperson, but that's what happened in this case. A very pleasant young man and his associate rang our doorbell asking if we were interested in solar. We were going to consider in our new home maybe in a year or two, but he was so nice we listened to his quick presentation. When we said we would be interested in hearing more, we set up an appointment later that day for the subject matter expert to come and visit. This person's name was Mike M, and he was very thorough with his explanation of numbers, costs, timeline, payback time, etc. We decided to go ahead and sign a contract for the solar as the federal and state incentives are very generous at this time in Arizona. This company uses local entities to do the installation, which in our case is Capital Energy. The approval process with Arizona Power was fairly quick, and the installation only took half a day. The final inspection took about two weeks and shortly after that, the panels were turned on and generating power immediately. We thought the cost was fair with a payback period of 5-7 years. Mike was very good about answering our questions during the approval and installation process. We are very pleased with all parties concerned, and hope to start enjoying savings every month!

We wanted to increase our solar output to the maximum allowed by PG&E so we reached out to Solfinity Power for a quote. We had the very pleasant experience of dealing with Nick K, the local sales representative, before, during and after the installation. Yes, we actually had a sales representative that followed up from beginning to end. The communication level was great, the project went off without a problem and we suffered no inconvenience during the installation. The installation crews were very friendly and very professional so, overall, a very good experience. We highly recommend Solfinity Power and if you're lucking enough to have Nick as your representative, you will experience amazing professionalism.

I am very happy that my agent- Ryan J! He stopped by my house one day in April to explain to me that PG&E would be changing how it dealt with solar after the April 14th 2023 deadline. I had no idea that things would be changing and that solar would cost a lot more after April 14th due to the changes PG&E was making. It sounded like everyone would have to have their own battery storage system in the future. I set up an appointment for him to come to my house and he spent at least 3 or more hours explaining everything to me about how it was important to sign up before April 14th and went through all the information about how many panels I would need and various ways of financing the installation. He allowed me to tape the conversation so I could share it with my son who was not able to be present. Being an older, single woman, I had qualms about investing in solar because I knew very little. I think we met a 2nd time and I decided to pay everything up front because I felt it would save money in the long run. Ryan was always very patient and understanding and insured me he would see the whole process through and he did!! It was his honest persona and patient explanations to all of my questions that convinced me to go with Better Earth and he made sure I had all the contacts and information I needed to proceed with the entire process. He was always very prompt in responding to any of my texts or phone calls and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Now I just wait to see how it all pans out when I review my PG&E bills in the future. I'm sure he will be there if I have any questions as time moves on. I highly recommend working with Ryan J if you ever consider going solar!!

My contact to have solar added to my house was Frank I. I 've owned several houses in Az and added solar to all of them. Mr I was always ready to answer any questioner concerns about the instalation. He would call or text me with information with in minutes. to give an example. Frank called to warn me a roofer would be coming to inspect my homes roof. Right on time the roofer arrived. Roofer found a place of potential spot that needed repair. The repaired the the roof. I called Frank and said ok how much is this going to cost me? His reply was nothing extra, my cost will be exactly quoted in the contact. I've worked as a electrician for 34years. Any time I'd have need for information I call the contact I was given. I'd wait days for an answer. TO have some one like Mr I is asset to any company Pete Constancia

We saw Solfinity Power installing solar on our next door neighbor's house. They worked quickly and efficiently and we were impressed in how clean they left the work area when they were done. In talking with the installers we expressed interest in learning more about this company and what they had to offer. We were then contacted by Robert R to set up a time to give us a presentation on the benefits of solar and this company. The presentation won us over and we signed a contract to have solar installed on our house. So far the panels and meters have been installed are waiting for SRP to do the final inspection and get solar active on our house. The installation went well, install team showed up promptly and completed their work. We have been impressed with the way they have kept us informed as to the progress in getting this project completed. Robert has stayed in touch with us, ensuring any questions we had were answered. Looking forward to getting the final inspection and then "going solar."

Adam P was simply amazing to work with! From start to finish he kept us up to date. Honestly I didn't think I was going to like how the solar panels were going to look on our house, They look great. I highly recommend Solfinity and have already recommended Adam to friends and Co workers. He never came across as a pushy salesperson, he knew his stuff presented the facts and figures to me and my husband and gave us time to decide. Thank you again Adam.

I'd like to say 2.5 stars because Isiah and Rob did a FANTASTIC job explaining the BENEFITS of solar and working hard to get me and my husband a great deal and quote . But this was only the FRONT END of the process. Definitely, Isaiah and Rob are polite, knowledgeable, friendly, approachable, and very patient in breaking down present need, future need, projecting costs and calculating costs for a couple of hours with us. This half of the process - selling on the front end was done extremely well. However, there is a back end (the other half for which I give 0 stars)...installation and all that is involved regardless of what provider you go with. Solar power is not something you 'get.' It's a long term project that requires maintenance and is subject to changes and is also very very expensive either buying outright or financing with zero down. It's a considerable project and that was not made transparent in the process. . There are brokers, installers and solar companies as well as electricity providers involved. Permits, inspections, potential for damage to roofs and property and the buyer needs to be made aware of how complex the process can be (not always, but from some preliminary research...often enough) and how little control you get over something you own because you depend 100% on your solar company to ensure it's installed properly, it's high quality and it remains well maintained. A 25 year warranty sounds great, but if your provider is not great...neither is their ability to make good on the warranty! The 'ownership' part is stressed as 'autonomy from the grid' - but the part about full dependence on the solar provider instead is not talked about in enough detail. If your solar provider with whom you'll likely have a decades long relationship doesn't have great reviews and isn't very well vetted by you through means other than brokers (who have a vested interest ) and online reviews which are hard to interpret, then you have to ask yourself...which I did and hence backed out the next day - if you are ready for a large project that involves, brokers, installers, the city, getting permits, inspectors, potential damage to your home like any reno , your ac going out, your bills being higher or the kinds of headaches any construction project would entail and then getting less than great service if your electric provider is hard to work with and it potentially being a nightmare that may eventually straighten itself out or the worst case scenario...leave you without the savings you expected from solar and/your estimate being off and not getting enough power with the deal you originally signed for and having to fight with everyone above, then you haven't been given full disclosure. I looked into Titan who we thankfully had a 3 business day cancellation window with and found their reviews were most consistently between 2.6 and 2.7 stars with stories that made my hair stand on end. I freaked out and cancelled. I called Titan on the Monday after signing with Isaiah and Rob on the previous Saturday and sure enough...just like the reviews said, it was impossible to reach anyone. I had to drive down to the office and drop off the cancellation papers where they were nice enough. When they asked why I decided to back out and I told them it was their reviews that scared me so badly I couldn't wait to get off work and cancel, the receptionist just gave me a knowing nod and said....that's understandable.I was surprised she wasn't even interested in having me speak to anyone or even try to defend the company in any way. They are a giant in solar...'Titan' but something tells me their success is build on the volume their very savvy brokers can capture for them with binding contracts rather than on the quality of their work.

My husband and I waited several months for our project to be completed. We were told it was finally complete is August snd began enjoying our solar program. All at once the company asked us to send them a bill in October which I did not understand, but sent it regardless. The next thing I know I had a bill from PG&E for a credit of $189.00, 2 days later I received a bill from them saying I owed them $1,417.00. I called them and told us the solar company made a revision and do we had to true up with them. I asked the company to fix this or pay the bill since this was not in our control nor did we know about it. We never heard from Mario or Heather about it. We had already been paying for our solar program and PG&E because it took them so long to complete the project. I am very disappointed and would not recommend this company.

This company takes advantage of elders. They represent themselves as either Titan Solar or APS. They are professional scammers. My elder parents were forced into a second system and they installed it on the NORTH SIDE OF THEIR HOUSE. They ate on a fixed income and they now pay 2 solar bills and an electric bill.

This company will not leave me alone! I have requested nicely for them to STOP texting or calling me with their completely unsolicited advances. I have also tried being as rude as possible for them to leave me alone. I have attempted to block their number. Yet somehow they continue to get through and will not stop their harassment. This shouts to me of venomous snake-oil shysters. I will never consider doing business with Solfinity. They obviously have absolutely zero integrity. Maybe this review will allow me to be left alone!

I would like to inform customers about solar. I received my panels in March 2023 and they don't tell you that you will get a electric bill to pay plus solar. My 1st payment was May 26 and solfinity paid it cause my panels weren't working now I've received another 160.00 electric bill and I still have to pay solar 180.00 this month June and my panels just got running 2 weeks ago plus they tore my dry wall in the attic up( that hasn't been fixed) and I still don't have the link to check my panels to see if there producing. So people please read all the fine print and think twice before solar
