The installation was not done appropriately. There were panels that were not tightened down and I discovered them when inspecting the panels. Also, I was told certain things could be done that I requested, that when it came to the actual installation, it was determined that it could not be done. This after I repeatedly asked if it was certain that the electrical line could run though the attic, not on the roof. Obviously, I was not in a position to cancel the project at that time, not that I would have anyway. But, there was a lack of transparency from my perspective. Also, I was told I could evaluate how each panel was functioning from the Sunpower app. When I checked the app out, it was not possible and that Sunpower (Solar Technologies) monitors the function of each panel and would contact me if there were a problem. I would not know, since I have had no follow-up from the company.

The system works. However, there were defects that did not allow for optimal electric cost saving. It took company a long time to make repairs. Solar Technologies also requested multiple change orders that did not make sense. We had to push back on these change orders.

Personal, knowledgable got the installation done promptly. Delay of over 1 year to get batteries from their supplier Tesla, so very frustrated with them

We asked for more panels which we got and it still isn't really enough... sad they were so far off. Also it ends up being quite expensive.
