The installation process took 9 months when I was told it would take 6 months. The project manager was uninterested in his work and quit towards the end of the job which caused even more delay. My panels finally got activated in September and they aren't working as they were promised. I bought a 14kw system for $42000 with the understanding that I would not have an electric bill. December 2019 bill stated that I got a credit of $54.47 from my panels. Now take away the $20 fee that Trico charges and I saved a whole $34 for my $42000 panels? This company has a serious case of false advertising! Now I pay monthly bill for my panels and I still have an electric bill. Not what I was promised at all! I'm thinking of finding an attorney to sue for false claims.

Solar solutions did not comply with their own terms in our contract. My system was down for over a month and they did fix it but refused to acknowledge that they were not monitoring my system, which they explicitly said they did. Their customer service and communication was very disappointing. And I was given the same feedback from several folks that I know who referred me or who I referred.

All was good from.pre planning, sales and installation. Once they got paid it has been tough to get them to do anything. My system.does not produce enough energy to not have to buy from TEP. They jave not given me a direct contact number for customer service for warranty or simple service situations.

They have been terrible at communication. Failed to install within guaranteed 90 days. Have not provided requested warenty information and have not finished the installation.
