They were great to work with on all aspects of the job. They provided every performance details I asked for and worked closely with me to incorporate my ideas into the design and layout. So much easier to work with than some of the larger nationwide companies. As an engineer myself, I was very impressed with the openness to discuss any and all technical details I was interested in. They work with a great company to assist in financing the deal.

They were exceptional in customer service and explaining their solar products and financing. They readily answered my multitude of questions before signing a contract, during and after. Their installers were excellent and coordination with Oro valley for permits and inspection went very well. Then their installation of monitoring the solar was superb. everything was extremely well organized. I continue to recommend them to this day!

From the first introduction to Solar solutions AZ, all questions were answered in a very clear fashion. while deciding whether to purchase or lease the system I was never pressured; only explained the pros and cons of both with no biases. After installation, customer care was supportive and understanding of my questions. All and all I would say Solar Solutions is a cutomer orienttated business.

I had solar solutions install it solar on my roof at my old house. They did a wonderful job and they have had no problems. I am currently having them install solar on my new residence now. Nice people in great to get along with.

Everything from the preliminary contact, estimate, contract signing, scheduling, installation, inspections and final power connect and turn on was exceptional. Excellent product that is working very well. Online monitoring of system is very informative.

I spent a significant amount of time with them in sizing and design. I feel like I pushed them and they pushed me. The back and forth resulted in a better solution. Their installation and installation team was outstanding. I been live for two years now without a single issue.

Overall, relatively satisfied. Apparently the biggest issue was that one of the new converters that was installed for me had performance issues and was not handling the conversation of the solar energy into the system properly. Upon replacement, we ended up getting better performance but it took roughly six months to determine why my performance was less than optimal. The caveat was that the folks being trained in support and service were relatively new, so growing pains with a newer company are problematic

Open communication step by step. Great company to work with. Explained each and every step of the process and always there to explain areas that might be unclear. Great workmanship to make sure that the solar compliments the look of the home instead of being an eye sore. Have to love cheap electric bills while living in hot Arizona.

The professionalism of the company from the first contact throughtout the install. We were so impressed by the attention to detail during the install we recommended Solar Solutions to a very good friend who is a stickler for detail. He came over to look at the work done and was so impressed he contacted Solar Solutions the next day.

The entire process from initial presentation, evaluation, proposal, engineering coordination, authorization and installation was well represented and executed and have had no issues regarding Solar Solutions nor their product.

I like the product they sold to me, but the service was questionable. We made plan for the solar system and was agreed to by both party. They change the plan saying it technical difficulty. I had to stay firm for the product I wanted. So they change the layout of the system., which is okay I guess.. when they install the system, I found their worker pissing in my yard, they had no bathroom for the worker and the worker never ask to use our restroom..

SSAZ was responsive to our requests and needs. The installers did a great job and even fixed an error in construction and moved the electrical line to it's requested position.

The installation process took 9 months when I was told it would take 6 months. The project manager was uninterested in his work and quit towards the end of the job which caused even more delay. My panels finally got activated in September and they aren't working as they were promised. I bought a 14kw system for $42000 with the understanding that I would not have an electric bill. December 2019 bill stated that I got a credit of $54.47 from my panels. Now take away the $20 fee that Trico charges and I saved a whole $34 for my $42000 panels? This company has a serious case of false advertising! Now I pay monthly bill for my panels and I still have an electric bill. Not what I was promised at all! I'm thinking of finding an attorney to sue for false claims.

They were friendly and easy to deal with sold you only what you needed and have been there after the sale can call with any questions and they are local they sell the best parts

Their sales representative sold us on a lie! Told us when we file for our taxes we are going to be getting 30% back that will pay off our first loan in the amount of $14,500 for federal incentives that which was a lie. Now we're stuck with both loans and the first loan was 18months no interest well now we got hit with it. When I spoke with management they said they are not a tax agency and assured me their reps don't say this in order to get a sale. I referred a friend and the same issue happened to him. The product is good just horrible customer service that cheats people out of their money and are dishonest.

Every one has been honest except in the very beginning I was told my inverter was able to do more than it really can and I was told they would keep my panels clean and they don't

On March 10, 2017 my wife and I signed a contract with Solar Solution AZ to install a solar electric system on our home. A few weeks later we were contacted by a representative of the company letting us know that we needed a new roof. We signed a change order on April 17 with Solar Solution AZ agreeing to the additional cost of having the roof replaced. After several months of delays and excuses, the subcontracted roofing company showed up unannounced at 6:00 am on Monday, July 10th and began the removal of half of the existing roof. On Friday, July 14, the roofers shingled the roof and informed me that they were unable to complete the job because the roof vent that I had specified (in April) had to be special ordered and would not come in until sometime the following week. On the evening of Saturday, July 15th, we had a birthday party at the house for our son and it began to storm. We noticed water dripping from a light fixture in our kitchen, water staining on the ceiling in the living room, and a water stain on the garage ceiling. I immediately called our point of contact and Project Manager, Joe Stephani with Solar Solution AZ, to let him know that the roof which his company had subcontracted to be installed, was leaking. He proceeded to complain that I was calling him on his personal phone (which is the only contact number I was given for him) at 10:30 PM on a Saturday and that there was nothing that he could do. He told me that I should call the owners who were in Florida but would not give me their phone number. As of today, Sunday, July 23; 13 days after the roof of our home was removed, we still have an incomplete roof. We have endured some of the wettest weather that Tucson has seen in years and neither Solar Solution AZ nor the roofing contractor have shown any urgency or concern in completing the job and protecting our home. During a particularly hard downpour today, I went outside to see that much of the felt paper covering the exposed peak of our roof is laying in a pile. Their only concern and reason for contacting me has been getting paid for a job that they have not completed. We are extremely frustrated and angry that a company would have such disregard for their customers; a company who, "prides themselves on their number of satisfied customers' and only advertises through word of mouth referrals. We are cautioning their potential customers, to avoid doing business with Solar Solution AZ and would urge all of you to share our story to help others avoid the experience that we have had. The representatives of Solar Solution AZ have made it abundantly clear that they are only concerned with profits, not the satisfaction of their customers. Their sheer disregard for the well-being of my home and family is deplorable. There are a lot of details that I have left out to keep this short. Solar solutions did not comply with their own terms in our contract. My system was down for over a month and they did fix it but refused to acknowledge that they were not monitoring my system, which they explicitly said they did. Their customer service and communication was very disappointing. And I was given the same feedback from several folks that I know who referred me or who I referred.

My electric bill easily doubled for the winter months and tripled for the summer months. They installed about 3-4 panels less than my house requires to have made this decision a smart and economical one and of course since I'm no solar panel expert, I didn't find this out until my bills from TEP came in. When I called both TEP and SS and determined that they didn't install enough panels, they wanted me to cuff up three additional thousand dollars for the extra panels and basically blew me off by saying my panels were in "good working order." I not only was not disputing that the panels weren't in "good working order," but I also didn't have $3,000 to give them and refused to take out yet another loan and add another payment to my bills so here I am paying $308 on a good month between TEP and SS instead of the $92 I was paying to TEP on their budget billing program BEFORE Solar Solitions pampoozled me into getting their panels. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH SS! Go to someone else that knows what they're actually doing!

Solar Solutions was very informative about the whole process. Not decepective about pros and cons of solar power. Got it right about how many panels i needed.

Communication was difficult with anyone once I signed the contract and other companies provide pigeon barrier I also have never heard from them again to know whether or not by solar is on track and accurate

Our system has gone wrong twice since we put it in 6 months ago. No one noticed even though it is supposed to be monitored. Currently we have no solar. We are waiting to see if the company will get us some new hardware installed. At this point I am not expecting that to be done without a hitch, and my electric bill will be high, but I am still paying for my solar.

They convinced me to get two loans to pay for the equipment, saying that the tax credits would pay the smaller one off but never did. So now I pay more then I would if I never have gotten the panels to begin with. HORRIBLE experience. Not to mention, they dont monitor them like they say they would. They weren't working for two months the first year they had installed them and I had to troubleshoot the issue and fix it myself.

I own a duplex and they insisted that I needed the entire roof for one house and could not do both houses. I asked to speak with their engineer and they sent out the installer. He just told me that is the way it has to be. No reason why, just because. I then spoke to two other companies and they could NOT understand why Solar Solutions wanted to place the panels on the roof that way.

Once equipment was installed service to deal with roof leak was not satisfactory. Otherwise, works OK, but not at peak (panels not aimed at sun, just laid flat)

Excellent customer service and warranty. Their help getting the Blue Prints for my Steel Garage upgraded to accomodate the Solar panels

All was good from.pre planning, sales and installation. Once they got paid it has been tough to get them to do anything. My system.does not produce enough energy to not have to buy from TEP. They jave not given me a direct contact number for customer service for warranty or simple service situations.

I have asked at least 8 times for some information back regarding my referrals and credits. Over a year later, I still have not recieved any call back. They do not hold up their end of the bargain. All they care about is the sale, then they ignore you!

I had some problems with the initial project manager, but he was replaced and the new guy was fantastic

Ease of doing business, they manage the whole thing from start to finish and communicate every step along the way.

They did a good job of setting up my solar system and now monitoring it. Plus they don't bother me needlessly.

Two years ago I completed an intership in Tuscon, AZ and rented a house for my family which had a solar energy plan through Solar Solution AZ. The solar panel was efficient and saved us money. The payment plan was satisfactory.

They have been terrible at communication. Failed to install within guaranteed 90 days. Have not provided requested warenty information and have not finished the installation.

Since they have been installed I have had no maintenance problems and eliminated my electric bill

Quality, friendly, professional, not expensive & they followed up on everything.

Installation was timeless and smooth. My $350 a month electric bill is now $19 a month.

Alex promised me he would always be there for me n when sale was done so was he! Need help getting rebates from taxes to pay loans+ not enough panels as promised!

Timing and communication were painful. Initital communication was in June 2018. The panels were installed at the end of december.
