Horrible customer service, lack of communication from the team, prolonged process due to errors and miscommunications. Multiple emails, phone calls, messages, and voicemails were left and after weeks that turned to months, we would finally get a response. There is a poor communication with the admin team and the team that comes out to do the installations and labor. Employees would randomly show up on our doorstep randomly early in the morning telling us that they had an appointment to be there but none of this was communicated with us. Multiple times we had to be the one accommodating them for showing up randomly and we had to constantly ask for an explanation or update on our project. Our project took so long to complete. It has been a year and we are still having issues. After our solar panels were installed, a month later it rained and we discovered that there was a leak on the roof after this installation when there was no leak in the roof before. We are still waiting for this to be assessed and fixed and employees are still coming randomly to our doorstep expecting us to accommodate and have someone at home when we already made an appointment for this to happen. The pitch for the sale of solar panels was greatly delivered but the promises of money back and strong communication were all false promises.

If I could give a negative review I would. Install team was rude and damaged my property and months of non action by SunPower and completely ignoring my emails. Finally got some traction after 10 consecutive emails not responded by SunPower I CC'd the CEO and someone from his team reached out to me. Every step of the way has been painful. Regret ever signing up with them.

I had a mixed experience with Stan from SunPower. Initially, Stan was pleasant during the sales process and convinced us about their product. He even mentioned a $1000 gift card after the solar installation. However, despite his assurances, we never received the promised gift card. Stan initially claimed we'd get it within 5 weeks of installation, but it's been more than 5 weeks and we're yet to receive anything. Worse, he's been unresponsive to my texts about the issue. This has left us feeling disappointed and deceived. Regrettably, I now feel compelled to share my experience in an online review to ensure others aren't misled in the same way we were.

Have had nothing but issues during and post installation. Have had zero assistance from my project coordinator and has failed to follow up with me numerous times. Currently my system is still not reporting correctly in my app and I don't have 100% confidence that the system is actually performing correctly but I have not been followed up with to schedule a tech to come back out.

I was working with Cory C as a sales rep for my solar project. He was very responsive at the beginning but once I signed the project, he simply vanished from the picture and I kept following up with him with no response. Eventually, despite my best effort to work with him and his incompetent colleagues, my application couldn’t be submitted on time to be qualified for NEM2.0. He kept assuring me that everything is in order and nothing to be worried about while doing nothing in the background. I would never recommend him or his company.
