Susan Rocha

smart energy Homes/Brokers promised me a 1000 rebate if I chose their recommendation of a solar company. The Solar was installed and they never, never gave me my rebate. I met my agreement, they did not meet theirs. Called Peter H. numerous times and he ignores my texts, call and emails. I would NEVER recommend them again to anybody ever again.
