Bill Dyrenforth Jr

The project has not been installed in a timely manner as I was promised an installation date of late October. One of the key aspects of good project management is consistent communication with the client. The first red flag was when they were unable to determine the best possible use of my roof space to maximise energy production. I had to request an engineering change to correct an obvious mistake. I do not think they have an actual engineer on staff. I had to correct their permitting process on my project, as they did not verify that no permit from Taney County.was needed for a rooftop solar installation. The "project manager" MIchael M. gave me no information as far as what to expect; from how equipment was to be delivered, who was responsible for delivery, how the installation was going to be scheduled, who was installing the equipment, what to expect during the installation process, what the next steps with WRVEC would be, what leadtime to expect between material delivery and installation, what leadtime to expect between system commission and final inspection by my service provider. I was unable to make any hard plans for other projects or holiday travelling as a result. I put project manager in quotation because I doubt Michael M. has read the PMBOK, much less been certified as one. I have a system with two broken panels, still waiting to be replaced and then approved by my electric coop. I heard NOTHING from Rumos Chem after the installation months ago by a 3rd party contractor, other than a cryptic message saying the damaged panels will be replaced, despite several attempts to get an update. I finally heard from Rumos Chem giving me an install/inspection date of February 10th. They never contacted my service provider to schedule it even after a reach out by WRVEC asking for an update. On February 9th, after hearing nothing again. I reached out to Rumos Chem. They had not even contacted my service provider.
