I admittedly chose to purchase a FranklinWH battery system after conducting an extensive search consisting of Googling, emailing, and phoning five different distributors, in three states contingent with my home in central Kentucky. I could have chosen three (3) costing me significantly less than Rumos C in Farmington, Mo. but only while speaking with Jay K, Reginal Solar Specialist and Michael Mervins, Operations Manager I decided to go with Rumos C. After a previous encounter over a shoddy installation by a more local distributor of a super solar system, I know how good advice and education guarantees nothing covering installation. After researching Kenneth H, the installer’s reputation and observing his knowledge, work ethic, and personality, Jay and Michael proved themselves to be effective both behind the emails and phone calls as well as getting the project successfully completed and they processed all the necessary paperwork. Ken drove from Bismarck, MO, and successfully, single handily installed the 30 kWh FranklinWH battery backup system that Rumos C designed. A really super team for my project. I would recommend you do the same.

We recently had solar panels installed by Rumos C, and I have to say, the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. From the initial consultation to the final installation, they walked us through the whole process clearly and patiently answered all our questions. They recommended using Enphase microinverters, and we’re really glad we went with them, not only do we get better performance monitoring for each panel, but it also makes the system more efficient and reliable overall. The installation was smooth and completed within the expected timeframe. The crew was respectful of our property and left everything clean and tidy. After the setup, they made sure we understood how to monitor the system using the Enphase app, which has been super handy and user-friendly. It’s only been a few weeks, but we’re already seeing great results in terms of energy savings. I would happily recommend Rumos C to anyone looking to go solar, they're clearly experienced and take pride in delivering quality work.

Had a ground mount solar system with battery installed by Rumos Chem. Very happy with it. They used high quality name brand equipment and made sure that everything was installed correctly. They always responded to emails etc. quickly and politely even after the installation and payment. I chose Rumos Chem originally since they offered a descent price without all the salesmanship rhetoric that I was getting from other solar companies.

My experience with Harris at Rumoschem has been by far the best. He patiently answered all of my questions over the course of about a month, without ever pressuring me to make a decision. Although Rumos chem didn’t offer the lowest quote I received, the outstanding service from Harris truly stood out from the rest. I believe that level of professionalism and support is worth the investment.

It was a tough decision to make the right choice. After having a detailed comparison. we find out that everyone was offering the same material & inverters, the only now we have to look is for was more of a local installer & a good reputation. We noticed a good turnaround time of our sales guy, bill. He we prompt & his attention to details made us more comfortable to select rumos chem as our solar installer. I had few complaints with Tesla PWR3 unavailability & delays, but honestly these guys have nothing to do with that. I still can't imagine how quickly they manage to get one PW3 for my project & hats off to the project manager, Michael whose experience made it happen before year end. The system is active now & i have started seeing the results as expected. I had one outage, but the system managed to survive as I was explained before. Panels are producing really well. I am more than happy to recommend Rumoschem to other people who are considering going solar in my closest relation & neighborhood. Hats off guys. you really did a great job.

Every time I had a question or concern, he was able to get me an answer, and if he didn't have the answer, most often within hours of the question he had my answer for me. Matt was able to accommodate my requests in regards to material delivery and install dates. I am very happy with their services.

My previous installer went out of business, during the storm we loose power several times. After some time I noticed few problems with my installed system. One of my friend provided me their contact information. I immediately reached Rumos Chem Alexandria, VA office & that guy Sam attended so well. He send his technician on my property & he fixed the issue in no time. After that I even installed a battery backup system & add few more solar panels by Rumos Chem. They are really good with their work.

An upgradation was required in my system, I reached out to Rumos chem installation team as my existing installer went out of business. These guys not only installed the additional solar panels but also fixed few bugs in my system which I was completely unaware of. I realized that I should have reached them out before to install my system at first place, so at least my journey going solar, could have been more comfortable.

good company to work with in baltimore MD area. Panels are fully operational now, I am expecting them to come over and add another battery backup in next month. My previous experience was great when these guys installed solar panels on my rooftop. I would love to give them more business in the future for my other property in Harrisburg.

Our system was fully operational, when I have rumos chem install my solar back in 2022. And after a year I requested them to install a battery backup system with my existing system. Now Its a full-on hybrid system which helps my solar panels produce energy even during power outage.
