I called your company many times regarding information about the application about how solar panels work on the phone Someone answered and said that the person who deals with it is at home and call me back I have no answered no one has called me I'm very disappointed with to way to treating my Before signing the contract there were no problem calling me That's not how you should treat customers

Anthony, I am sorry to hear your experience was less than what you expected. Unfortunately, with the obstacles during Covid your request must have accidently been miscommunicated in the mix of employees working remotely. They do great work. But they did. Or treat me very well as a 3x repeat customer when I wanted a fourth project done. In short they said it didn't make financial sense for them and to go elsewhere as they were sure somebody could give me a better quote. It was quite shocking and unexpected when they said that. I can no longer recommend them due to this and will not be using them going forward.
