Great group in getting the financing and the engineering of the system in the beginning. Then something happened to the local branch and communications broke down with my install not being finished for almost 2 months. And then another month for the inspections and Permission to Operate. But everything was resolved and I was able to start producing power this month.

It wasn't actually the customer service that was lacking communication. It was the people that would come to the house and not bother to knock on the door and let me know that they were here. It was very smooth, it was quick and done seamlessly and they were very, very careful. They picked everything back up.

Felt they answered questions better, still felt not full disclosure. Or perhaps there was just so much information that it was hard to absorb all of it and missed some finer details. Cost of system seems ridiculous and not logical to buy. Still bought it anyway. Took almost a year to be completely installed.installed

If I had any questions, they were quick to respond. I haven't had any issues with it seems to be functioning perfectly. It would be nice if the mobile app included how much energy is being used, not just produced.

There's two panels that aren't working. We had no problems with them. They were wonderful. The installers were great. They just have never followed up afterwards

Experience with Radix was very good. The sales ref Blake was very good about explaining the cost options and the whole process. There was a lag period of about of about six week from first meeting with Blake until panels were installed, witch seemed a little excessive. The installation crew led by Rubin was extra good. Arrived on time, met with me and went right to work, completed the job in four hours and cleaned up every scrap . Finished job was very neat and professional.

The installation itself went quick but it took a year for it to be officialized. It was just sitting on the roof for a year I think, or 6 months.

Staff was excellent. Everything done on time and we were kept up to date on next steps. App works well, too, and we like the weekly email update. The only bummer is the financing. Read the fine print. The lease is loan with interest from an outside company.

The installers were very professional and polite. They appeared highly organized and efficient in doing their work, and were helpful with any and all questions I asked. As for the system which was the product of their install, I have no experience with it at this point. Therefore I cannot as yet comment on that aspect.

I’m still not hooked up yet. There are a couple of glitches that need to be handled before I can turn on the solar power. APS just approved me today to start my solar, but there are a couple of things that need to be done so I haven’t begun my solar energy yet.

They had a good price point and they have a quality system. They installed my solar panels in the wrong location and made holes in my overhang and they had to come back and redo it but they still haven't fixed the holes properly. I'm still waiting, it's been a month. Installation was fine and the guys that put it in were very good, other than putting 5 panels in the wrong location, which wasn't their fault, it was the paperwork's fault. They did a great job. They need to have more personal customer service attention because they don't always call you back. I have to chase them to get things done and I shouldn't have to do that.
