Hi Henry, thank you for reaching out about the issues you've experienced. We contacted our Maintenance Team, and we weren't able to find any issues with your production. After reviewing your proposal, your system is expected to produce the majority of its yearly energy in the spring and summer months, which would explain the reports you were seeing.

Now that the sunnier, spring months have arrived, your solar production should only increase from here--it can be a little discouraging to see a higher bill in the winter, but your system should produce enough extra energy in the coming months to offset the higher winter grid usage.
