We were overall happy with the planning and installation process, with the exception of a few scheduling hang ups- but even then, it still fell within the estimated completion window. We would’ve liked better planning for the electrician since it was discovered mid-work that they couldn’t drill through our ICF construction house, which resulted in more exterior wiring/tubing, that has been a different aesthetic result than we expected.

The intial sales person was abit misleading. I had explained by desires and afterwards felt things were nit expkained well like being more self sufficient, having to be on internet not explained at all and the limits if batteries not explained
