When I asked the cost of the system he explained that with solar (and other products designed to save you money), the question to ask is "How much do I save and how long does the product last" Would you rather spend 5k and save $250 a year for 10yrs or spend 15k and save $1500 a year for 30yrs. After our conversation, I set up an appointment for a few days later. The gentleman that came to my home was NOT pushing us to buy anything and explained that if we decided to move forward that we still had time to cancel later. He was honest about how they are a newer company and were fixing some issues, but overall they were there for the customers. Seemed to really listen to my wife and I. We did not end up getting solar through them or anyone else, but it was still worth having a conversation with them to see what they could offer us.
