LGCY Power promised me a rebate for the first year of payments and I still haven't received it, even though I have been calling practically everyday. The equipment is doing well. It is cheaper than paying for the electricity. But during the installation process, they caused damage to my back porch which still hasn't been fixed. I requested them to fix it because the screws went all way through the roof.

The solar panels were installed in a timely fashion, and all inspections completed. But Titan Solar has yet to turn on the solar panels. We have contacted them twice during the past month, but no response on when the system will be turned on. We have begun payments on the solar loan this month and are still connected to Duke Energy. We are paying our regular Duke Energy bill and the additional solar payment with no solar yet. We are very disappointed with the lack of response from Titan Solar. Please light a fire under their back side and get this system operating.

Sales team tried to sell features that planning team doesn't use, planning team made poor designs based on shade of surrounding houses. 3rd party contractors did poor Job checking outputs during initial installation, as well as install/reinstall damaging shingles.

In order to use the LGCY app to track performance of our array, we need a map of the panels. However, despite multiple attempts and many phone calls, we have not received the map. This refusal to do such a basic and important service leads me to question how reliable support from LGCY will be if we do need technical help with our panels.

I was supposed to recieve a $2,000 incentive for going through LGCY and never got it. I reached out to both the sales rep and customer service and havent recieved any resolution to this. No responses back from the rep, and no follow through when I emailed customer service back. This has been extremely frustrating.

Chose them because of the incentive they offer. I am still missing some of the skirts for the solar panel and I was given some wrong information about switching electrical parts. I still had to pay for the electric bill for the next month or so. Installation was pretty smooth.

Our neighbor was getting solar panels and the sales guy talked to us and we decided to go with them. They totally underestimated the timing for the installation. They said two and a half days and it took two to three weeks to get back to finish it.

They installed the solar on my roof in February. Today is April 15th and I still have not heard from anyone on when they will have these panels up and running. It took them from Feb to April and several complaints before the finally patched up all the holes in my ceiling the put inside my unit.

The panel crew left tools and fittings in the yard. Not a lot, but enough I wouldn’t want to run them over with my mower. To be fair it was dark and raining when they finished up about 730/8pm. The gentleman who did the electrical and final connect/inspection I would give 5 stars too! Super easy to talk to, down to earth, was about to dive into the specifics and learn me a thing or two but it was cold and really windy so I cut him off and let him get back to work. But I felt like he would’ve stood there freezing to teach me if I wanted. A nice added touch would be to have a vehicle and/or personal description or pictures of the crew who are showing up at your house. A pic/bio of the crew would really set you apart from others.

The sales team was great, the actual workers who installed the system were also really good to work with. However, overall, the communication was not very good and the installation process had many holdups and delays, and there was miscommunication all around. Hoping that is the system is up and running. It will pay off, but the installation process was a headache.

I wasn't thrilled about receiving packages and deliveries without prior knowledge, but from what I saw, the installation crew worked on the project with steady progress. They did not update my main fuse box as they had told me, and when questioned, the crew had no knowledge of that discussion. I have no complaints about the delivery man or the installation crew themselves, just lack of communication and not following through with offers made.

Sales reps did a awesome, had some mishaps with the final design which cause installation to be delay. Reasoning was due to no capy of final layout sent to customer to review before installation crew came out. Once changes were made and approved through us and the company. Crew had come out several times due to weather. They overcame the odds and got it installed in 1 day. They did a awesome job.

The install crew was fine. They were polite and worked hard. But they were here on a 96 degree day and they struggled like anyone would. There were 2 areas that were damaged on the siding and the soffit where ladders were placed against the house. They did a good job cleaning up however.

Installation was fast and efficient. What I disliked and unprofessional was debris and trash was left everywhere. I guarantee you they would not have left that kind of mess in a upper class neighborhood but since they serviced a lower income are I felt like they did not value my services

Outsourced installers didn’t get it done fully because materials weren’t available. Multiple trips. Didn’t put it in initial placement and had to break a tree back. Legacy is supposed to finish the install but has delayed twice. still isn’t installed.

My drywall was cut into without authorization/notification. A glass bowl was knocked off a shelf inside while crew was drilling and it broke. Install was initially supposed to be a week prior and nobody ever showed up so when they did arrive it was unannounced. Install took 4 days.

Couldn’t speak English much at all! Didn’t take shoes off when entering the house. Worked till 10pm trying to finish job, but had to return on a Sunday! We’re 2 hours late on Sunday, which I’m waiting on compensation for my lost time waiting! They did finish up and I like the finished look to the project.
