It's a lengthy process, it's taken over a year to get it. The panel is not really producing, it's supposed to be 13 kilowatts and only produces about 9 kilowatts.

I spent $50k on a system with them. It was installed in April. Here it is mid-October and they have still not finished the punchlist/cleanup items, although I have talked to them God knows how many times, and their guys have come over a half dozen times but it never gets finished. Finally, even though the job is not complete, they said for the first time that if I don't pay the final bill of $500 today, they will cut off my service. I am so done with this company.

Poor,lack of communication,work stop work order from city because panels were put up without permit,getting updates that always turn out to be false.hoa problems because of lack of paperwork.panels been up for 5 weeks company still trying to get design approved.not good
