This has been one of the most frustrating home improvement experiences I’ve ever had.We signed with Integrated Home Energy in PA with the promise that everything would be completed in about 3 months. It has now been over 8 months. Multiple delays, failed inspections, missing paperwork, and constant rescheduling. We are now at risk of losing the federal tax credit due to their delays. Communication has been poor, accountability nonexistent, and we were even asked to leave a positive review while the system was incomplete. Completely unethical. I regret choosing this company and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.
