Integrated Home Energy Reviews

Note: This portion of the review was written before permitting and installation began. I intend to return and provide an update after the dust has settled. Aquib and his sales coordinator Jaazba were wonderful to work with. I was just starting to learn details about photovoltaic technology the first time I spoke with Aquib and I'll be honest it was a little bit like trying to sip from a fire hose. That being said I had a bunch of follow up questions and Aquib and the operations team with IHE were extremely gracious in answering all of them. I learned a lot during the process and their proposal helped me ask more informed questions of the other installers that we had contacted for quotes. Ultimately I felt like IHE's design were the most realistic and struck a good balance between cost and production. We also appreciated that Aquib went into the details regarding PV and mounting hardware up front and explained why the design choices had been made. Some of the other contractors we received quotes from were not as upfront about their process. I look forward to the project and hope I have good news to share after the installation.

I want to thank Aquib at IHE he was very helpful and answered all my questions promptly! I asked many, many questions and he made it feel like it was not a problem. During the process I made several revisions to what I wanted, he helped guide me throughout the journey to figure out exactly what I wanted and needed. I would highly recommend IHE and Aquib for your solar project. I will update this as we move forward.

This has been one of the most frustrating home improvement experiences I’ve ever had.We signed with Integrated Home Energy in PA with the promise that everything would be completed in about 3 months. It has now been over 8 months. Multiple delays, failed inspections, missing paperwork, and constant rescheduling. We are now at risk of losing the federal tax credit due to their delays. Communication has been poor, accountability nonexistent, and we were even asked to leave a positive review while the system was incomplete. Completely unethical. I regret choosing this company and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

Aquib was good to work with. He is very knowledgeable and gave me a great education. He was up front, not pushy, and considerate of our time.
