Had a good experience with the IHE team for solar quote and planning. Aquib provides a very comprehensive solar install detail with major equipment specs and capabilities. They also focus on higher power and efficiency hardware as standard in the install plan over other companies. These were deciding factors for us to choose IHE for our solar install in 2025.

I worked with Aquib and Integrated Home Energy on adding a battery onto an existing solar system. Aquib was responsive, clear, and thorough throughout the process and never pushing for a sale like a lot of solar reps. In fact, I had first reached out over a year ago while first considering adding a battery and decided to wait due to new products on the horizon. He took the time to explain the system, financing options, answer all of my questions, and made the quoting process straightforward. The quote itself was competitive with others. The process of coordinating the project has been smooth so far, with good communication. Overall, Aquib and Integrated Home Energy made what could have been a complicated process feel easy and well-managed.

I found IHE through EnergySage after I had already contacted several companies that I had found via a resource from PECO (our electric company). Aquib was my first point of contact at IHE and was extraordinarily helpful in designing my system. He proposed the design and then spent hours answering all of my questions (I previously had little to know understanding of the technology or components). We then worked together to modify the design based on some of my concerns and questions. And then when it was time to sign the contract, IHE even changed some of the contract provisions that I asked them to revise to provide comfort around the timeline. We have not gone through the install and approval process yet, but of the companies I contacted to help design our system, they gave me the most attention and seemed to come up with the best design.

As the permit process continues, everyone at Integrated (including Aquib and Gayle) have been helpful, responsive, and informative. We're getting aa great set of panels for a reasonable price. Happy with the service and looking forward to havign the panels installed.

Aquib of IHE was technically knowledgeable and provided a sound competitive proposal for the solar system. IHE was responsive to the need to remove an existing system rather than telling me to find someone else to remove it. They were selected based on best value overall.
