They explained everything clearly to us. All of them worked very well with each other. One came to the house to explain everything to us, estimated how many panels we needed and gave us the best price. (We had had 4 other companies give us prices as well). Then the crew came and put everything in place correctly and explained everything. Pamela was our contact who made every working part move smoothly. I had a few questions after everything was installed and she gave me the answers promptly. They gave us option to buy out right or lease. We decided to lease and we have a fixed price for the entirety of our 20 year lease. This way there will be no surprise in the future.

I like the fact that I didn't have to put the panels on my roof. I didn't like the length of time it to get up and running.

My experience has generally been very good. Customer service is pretty responsive, even after the installation, which is rare from what I hear. I had a panel stop working and was able to schedule a repair within a few days. The one negative comment is that I had some electricians service my generator, and when they opened the panel, they said the solar installation people did a terrible job just shoving all the wires in (which they said was typical).

I like the product. I feel they should offer a battery as an option with the solar system. They should offer us to put on additional panels on our roof if available. We would love to have more panels on our roof.
