I had my solar system installed 2 months ago. I was extremely pleased with the entire process. The installers arrived at the scheduled time. They installed the system over a day and a half. They explained exactly what they were going to do and did everything I expected. It took about a week for BGE to come out and switch my meter. The following day the system went live. I am very pleased with the production I am getting out of the system as it is covering my electric bill even with me running my pool filter and air conditioning. GreenBrilliance was the only company that offered me the option of doing a one time prepayment of the lease so that I have no further payments. My cost was very close to what I would have paid if I had bought the system and then gotten all the tax credits back. An advantage to doing via lease is that in 25 years if I do not want the system they will remove it from my roof at no cost to me I highly recommend GreenBrilliance.

Samuel exemplifies the meaning of customer service. He put up with my insistent questioning and educated me along the way. Something you don't see much of especially these days! I offer my highest recommendation for Samuel and GreenBrilliance. If you're on the fence and need questions answered contact Samuel at GreenBrilliance. He knows what he's talking about (believe me my wife and I verified everything) There were NO SURPRISES! Scott went the extra mile to ensure the customer is completely satisfied!

It was never a problem to ask a question as well. We had the 1st inspection and didn't pass. The team immediately got back to me and scheduled a time for the fixes to be made. Two days later, done! My 1 man team was Gersam! This man was perfectionist as well as a very personable person! We'll pass this time! Megan your scheduleer stays on top of her job,responsibilities and schedules! The owner of Green Brilliance, Sumit B, did nothing about his agent, Eric S, over charging us and making false promises about services. Eric S promised to cut trees down on our property so solar system would be viable at my location. This promise not fulfilled and eventually cost us $10,000. Then we brought these concerns to the owner, Sumit B, and he promised to look into them and get back to us personally. Never did he do this, The owner of Green Brilliane should not be trusted and his agents are worst.
