I am an investor in GoSun so it pains me to say that I have had an awful experience with this company. I received an offer to try the Chill Cooler and paid $425.15 for lithium powered cooler. It took about 2 months to arrive and never worked. I contacted the company and they sent a replacement, which never arrived. I have requested a refund several times and a return ship label to send the $424.15 paperweight back. They respond that time has run out, even though I reported the problem within days of receiving the Chill cooler. I have found the company to be unable to stand by the product and the Chill cooler to be useless to me.

We are not sure who you spoke, with , but we offer a complete no question asked warranty. The Chill is an amazing product, and have never heard of it not working upon arrival. There
