I really enjoyed the salesperson and services provided, I would give that an 8-9, and I'm happy to support a local company, however, the entire process has taken approximately 8 weeks. Some of that has been the power company, but mostly it's been a lack of communication between us, and Go Solar. They rely heavily on email communications, but that isn't clear from the start. Bottom line, they need to improve their project communication and next steps more clearly and timely. The entire project time to turn up could have been shortened by 3-4 weeks.
