We had Go Solar install 12 panels on our home's south facing roof last summer (2016). They were so busy that we did have what I felt was a long wait. However, when they came, they were done in one day. They did a good job in cleaning up after installation. Unfortunately, their contact with Heber Light & Power did not work well and it took several weeks before we were actually seeing power generated. We are very pleased with the power we are seeing now as we have seen our monthly bill cut in half.

I really enjoyed the salesperson and services provided, I would give that an 8-9, and I'm happy to support a local company, however, the entire process has taken approximately 8 weeks. Some of that has been the power company, but mostly it's been a lack of communication between us, and Go Solar. They rely heavily on email communications, but that isn't clear from the start. Bottom line, they need to improve their project communication and next steps more clearly and timely. The entire project time to turn up could have been shortened by 3-4 weeks.
