The sub contractor company caused major repairs needed. G3 is very slow in resolving. They replaced the roof, still working on getting bids for water damage to my ceiling and after months (started installation in Dec. 2023) , just got the solars working 2/27/24. The Sub contract broke my tv and G3 still has not reimbursed me for it. I have been the mediator through this entire process and provided evidence of the damage with dates and pictures. Still getting bids for interior repairs , still not received a check for my broken tv in which I have provided dates , pictures and evidence of damage and the sub contractor responded with an answer that was not even pertaining to the date of damage. No other communication with sub contractor has been had nor any proof given in defence. Management is very slow in getting repairs done, Very bad in making decisions and poor communication and with their own case managers. Case Manager is the barrier of complaints and takes a lot of heat for Managements lack of resolving issues.

from the word "go" this company started with the Lie that the solar panels would take the place of the electric bill. that is why they take your electric bill to average out the cost of the panels that they figure you will need to power your house. they also said they worked in conjunction with Kentucky Utilities so after the panels were up for 90 days we would no longer receive an eclectic bill except for the cost of keeping the service and local taxes. i was told my panel cast would be the same as my current monthly electric bill for the next 30 years, which would be a savings due to electric company's rate increase. that was not the case either. so now i have to pay my electric bill almost the same cost as it was pre solar panels plus the monthly cost of the panels. we are currently looking into suing G3 Solar. Please do not fall for this scam.

This organization was the prime contractor, subbing work out to a local organization Reno Solar. From the get go this organization has not maintained sensible and accurate engineering for our solar project, which had led to multiple delays and inaccuracies within the contract itself (and leading to questions regarding the validity of our project). Finally, after 12 painful months of dealing with this organization and their atrocious level of project manager turnover (6 project managers for our project in the course of 12 months), our solar system was turned on. Since then, after being provided empty promises of compensation for not only the loan payments we'd been paying for (despite having a non-operable system), to then being told we would be compensated for time between our authorization to operate and when G3 could actually pull it together and turn the system on (again, delays due to engineering errors on their side of the project), G3 has not come forward to make good on any of those promised items. Now, they have not provided all of the appropriate project close out work and routinely dismiss my and my husband's communication with them. For any consumers considering working with them, avoid this organization at all costs. The only appropriate retribution would be to see them go out of business.

I I paid this company $73000 and gave them many months to install before the hot weather hit. That was the whole point in buying PV. Our house is large and cooling it is expensive during July thru September. They were slow, they came by many times with incorrect parts, they made excuses, and ultimately they cost me an additional $2000 in electric bills because they couldn't finish the job on time, and we all know how hot it was this summer. After all of the broken promises and failures, they offered to compensate me a measly $300. When a company takes $73000 to do a job, and it's not worth it to them to compensate the customer for their failures, it speaks volumes to their lack of interest in customer satisfaction. On top of that, they inspected the roof and said it was fine. Then the installer showed up and said it definitely wasn't. They can't even agree within their own ranks. I don't recommend this company at all. They lack integrity.

This is a horrible company to deal with. It took well over a year to get my solar installed. As soon as the loan got funded (prior to completion) the job just sat there. It is still not completed and I can’t get anyone to follow through with what they claim they will do. Oscar R, project coordinator, will set a date for completion and nothing will happen. He won’t respond to emails or call you back. Anyone looking for solar needs to find another company. This was my biggest mistake!!!

This company is a scam!! We’ve had our solar panels for over a year and are still paying a normal electric bill as well as the bill for the panels with no resolution from the company!! We’ve had issue after issue since the beginning!

Awful experience. June of 2022 I committed to solar and all finances in order. February 2023 they are finally producing power. 8 months to get everything complete. Nothing like making payments and not producing any power. I was also promised a reimbursement check for the payments and wad never reimbursed. Terrible company don't waste your time.
