Complete Solar customer rating even after the merger sits at 6.2. I qualify for Federal, State and Local programs and with California new bill Complete Solar was still charging me. The system didn't include a battery system and when I asked I was told it was very expensive and I didn't need it. I don't have a generator and would still be relieing on PGE. When my neighbors started sharing there experience with pushy sales people just stopping by and a uninvited manager showing up on there doorstep when they cancelled. After seeing the percentage of your bill payed out in commission it will make your stomach turn.

The company sent a technician to our home in July of 2015. We are still waiting for our meter to be installed. The panels were installed weeks ago. They look good but now power is being generated for our use. They have promised but not delivered exemplary customer service. They failed to pay one of the sub contractors for a time and have now settled with them. We are currently looking for a way out of this mess. Twice in the last two weeks I have called to see what the hold up is and I was told that it was up to PG & E. We were given another deadline for action, but to date have not received even return phone call.

my solar panel was installed Jan 2016. To date, I am not reaping ANY PG & E savings because Complete Solar kept hooking it up to the wrong meter. many many emails and phone calls to Complete Solar and still nothing happens. I can really get a help from someone to get Complete Solar to finish the job. Alas, I already paid them because they kept sending me bills and I thought it was done correctly last year.
