The account name is in my son's name... My name is Linda. OMG, I had the most enlightening experience with Karina she was VERY informing and told me a number of things on how my system is working! She took her time and went over ALL the inside info on how to use the Tesla Ap and what information I needed to do to keep from higher costs. She's not only very knowledgeable but she's very personable as well. Well done Karina!!

Had a leak in the roof and my opinion it is due to the solar panels penetration. In the roof. They sent a young kid out to determine if it was because of the solar panels leaking. He was inexperienced didn’t not know what he was doing, and he wrote up a report that was not accurate. I tried to call back and they told me too bad so said you’re gonna have to get a roofer to come out and fix it yourself so I would recommend not doing this.

The installation crew was right on time, thorough, courteous and knowledgeable. The crew left no mess. They answered all our questions and let us know the next steps in the process of inspection by Blue Raven and the city, installation of a new meter and start up by our utility. Couldn’t ask for a better installation experience.

Salesman lied and kept lying about everything. They said they installed solar on my neighbor’s home but when I spoke with the neighbor found out that was false. They said I could depreciate and get 70% back from my income taxes; This is a lie. The system size they quoted me was half the panels of other quotes and they said it would offset 100%. Don’t think I can trust that when everyone else is saying something different. They were also priced much higher price per watt anyway.
