When we moved to Arizona in 2016 I told my husband we needed Solar. He did a lot of research and found Sun Valley met exactly what he was looking for. Tom L was very professional and pleasant to work with. Several of our neighbors have since installed solar with Sun Valley Solar Solutions. Tom did the analysis and said he recommends 16 panels. I wanted 20. He said that would be overkill. He could have said sure and taken our money but he didn’t, he was honest and looking out for our best interest. Delivery was on time and they cleaned up after. My roof inspector was impressed SVS Solutions did not crack any tiles on my roof as most a lot of companies do inspector said and installers never say anything. The warranty was 25 years. I couldn’t give enough stars for him and SVS Solutions.

For the life of me I can't figure out why SVSS only got 5.1 from bestcompany. Looks like all user scores were a 10. Mine is no different. SVSS was terrific from beginning to end. I spent a lot of time looking at solar. Interviewed several companies, did a ton of research and lots of calculations on expected value & SVSS was the only company who made it worth the money. Their sales person was really patient and spent a lot of time w/ me going over the numbers. On the install, we had a manufacturer defect with the inverter, but SVSS was very responsive and replaced ours without question. I've had my system for nearly 3 years now and have always recommended Sun Valley Solar.

I purchased a 12 KW system from Sun Valley and from start to finish it was a great experience . The engineering and proposed output was modeled and the actual performance has been exactly in line with the model. The craftsmanship on the install was exceptional and I am a professional engineer/construction professional and very hard to please. I would have these folks do work for me at any time and recommend them highly.

I did my homework before selecting this company for my solar installation. That install day was three years ago and their hardware has proven to be superb. From the first salesman, through the design phase to the crew who installed the system, this company was completely professional and did the job. I like to take credit for a job well done but really I was just lucky finding this company when I did.

Although solar technology has been around for awhile - quality companies with integrity, experience and large scope of knowledge are hard to come by - until you meet with Sun Valley Solar! They work with APS and SRP - very professional yet friendly reps who work with what your long term goals are - not just to sell you on the largest system. They have a variety of programs and are just overall an absolute pleasure to deal with - Cole in particular is fantastic! Wouldnt recommend any other company!

My installing company was decimated by the Feds due to non payment. They colsed shop. Shortly after, my inverter failed. The inverter manufacture put me in contact with Sun Power. They stepped in and took care of the problem and replaced my inverter promptly. I found them to be easy to work with, knowledgeable, and open with information sharing. They check with me every so often. I will highly recommend them for your install or service.

I had Sun Valley install a sixty module system on 2009. I have referred them many times. They have always been extremely satisfied. Great after sales service. Jim Lichtenwalter
