Infinity did an outstanding installation. From contract to install was a mere 6 weeks! I have and will continue to recommended them to other interested homeowners.

Infinity Solar did a great job from start to finish. The office staff was constantly informing us of the schedule when things were going to be done and the on site crews were very neat and efficient!! We are electrical contractors so we know good work when we see it. I highly recommend them.

The team at Infinity Energy is professional, easy going and supportive. Changing to solar was a very positive experience from talking to Adam and Megan to the great guys that came to install the system. Patience was needed while wait for other companies and applications to come through, but the Infinity team was on top of those processes as well.

First off, I will recommend anybody that has a high electric bill and also has the proper roof space, to get solar through Infinity Energy. I was reluctant to get solar about 2 years ago. Electric prices in Connecticut have sky rocketed since then. It first forced me to go with a 3rd party electric supplier. When that wasn't enough because of other added fees I took a phone call I would have normally hung up on because I didn't recognize the number. I just so happened to be Infinity Energy asking if I knew the possible benefits of going solar. I listened for once and scheduled an online meeting with them. I talked with Dana L., the sales rep. We went over some numbers on buying out right and leasing. After discussions, I decided that buying out right was the way for me. I then had other quotes by 5 other solar companies to compare pricing. To be totally honest, I couldn't find a competitor, for the "buying out right" situation. So I signed with Infinity Energy at the tail end of April and by the end of July my solar array was approved for production. I have also called on there customer service since my installation. I thought that I had an issue with a panel, they had sent someone out with in a week to access my situation. What I thought was a malfunctioning panel was a panel that was covered by morning shade. Everybody from the sales team, house inspection guy, installation team, and customer service have been great. I cannot recommend highly enough to at least call this company and hear what they have to say.

It seemed a little too good to be true. But Infinity Energy gave us more and more confidence every step of the way. Right from the start their sales person Mel S. was a saint. We peppered her with skeptical questions and doubts and not only did she convince us, she helpfully pointed out their map of clients in our area so that I could try to speak to folks who used their services in person. I spoke to 2 people who had good experiences. One of them said his only regret was that he hadn’t been able to have Infinity redo his roof as well as solar, cause he’d already just had it done. The installation team was great (it definitely helped that I can speak Spanish though). Communication could have been a little better, to assure us that the team knew the details of our unique and intensive installation. But at the end of the day, the roofing team had a HUGE job to do for us, and they really impressed me. Then the solar team came in and handled everything in one or two days. All this after wrangling the utility company, and all the local authorities and codes and whatnot. The final piece: the tax credit. My wife and I have been waiting for it for months (obvi, not Infinity Energy’s fault). But, we were nervous that they might have oversold us on how much we could write off. In the end, that all worked out too (the IRS is mailing our check today!) We highly recommend Infinity Energy!

I recently had an exceptional experience with Infinity Energy. After conducting thorough research online and through Energy Sage, I received a quote from their sales representative, Andy. He was genuine, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. I decided to replace my roof and install solar panels through Infinity Energy. The entire process, including obtaining permits and handling paperwork, went smoothly. The roof and solar installation were completed efficiently, and the customer service team was always on top of everything. They provided extra explanations about the process and kept me informed about the scheduling from start to finish. I am very grateful for the excellent service provided by Infinity Energy and eagerly await my electric provider to connect my system to the grid. I couldn't believe how fast and efficient the entire process was. The slowest part of the whole process was permitting from the town and permission from Central Hudson. They were very communicative through every step of the process and never once felt like I was missing information. The install was very high quality. They used metal conduit and everything was securely fastened. The installers were all very good and accommodated any preferences to where I would like to route the conduit to keep everything looking clean. Post install, they were still very communicative and on top of things. Currently the system is fully operational and I'm very happy with everything. It looks great and I can tell the installers took pride in their work. One thing I want to say is that the whole process started by a simple phone call. I usually am very skeptical about phone sales and typically hang up. But I gave them a chance and I'm happy that I did. Their prices were very competitive and the products that they install are top quality. They're also not just a new start up solar company. They've established a reputation in the roofing business which is very reassuring and I'm confident that they will be able to honor the warranty they advertise.

Excellent service. Design team was top notch. Alway keep you informed and up to date on the next steps. Installing crew was prompt and courteous and their work was clean and efficient. A++ all around.

The best customer service, quick installation, done in one day, and the solar system works flawlessly. With what I have saved in electricity cost in one year and the tax rebate, I have recovered nearly half the cost of the system.

All of them were very friendly and professional. Loved how fast and easy the process was. I've been on solar for more than 2 years now, and love how the solar system is saving me money. Unlimited a/c in summer time is great. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for renewable energy.

The sales team and installers were fantastic. They arrived on time and completed the job in 3 days for a Full roof replacement and installation of the solar panels.

I like the product. I feel they should offer a battery as an option with the solar system. They should offer us to put on additional panels on our roof if available. We would love to have more panels on our roof.

I was happy eith every aspect. Thr pre sale was thorough, the installation was good and the tax rebate and monthly energy savings has been great.

My experience has generally been very good. Customer service is pretty responsive, even after the installation, which is rare from what I hear. I had a panel stop working and was able to schedule a repair within a few days. The one negative comment is that I had some electricians service my generator, and when they opened the panel, they said the solar installation people did a terrible job just shoving all the wires in (which they said was typical).
