Highly recommend. The salesman was super informed and passionate about solar. The whole process was seemless. I signed up and the panels were up months later. The company they work with to install the panels is top notch as well. They kept me informed through the whole process. The permits took a little longer than expected but they kept in touch to keep me updated. Highly recommend to anybody.

The guy I worked with, Spencer, was knowledgeable, friendly, and overall great to work with. It's only been a few months, but so far I haven't had any problems with the system.

The system was installed professionally abd has been running without issue for 8 months. They worked with our roofing contractor to coordinate a root replacement with the panel installation. I am still running the numbers to see if doing this has actually saved us money, but it looks like it has initially. I hope to work with them to possibly install battery backup

I have been very pleased with my dealings with Genesis Power Solutions. They explained the process for the installation thoroughly and took care of all of the details. It’s really great to having my house run by the Sun rather than APS and their constant rate raises!

Genesis was an absolute pleasure to work with. Jason G our sales rep was absolutely wonderful! He honestly couldn’t have come at a better time, as I had a horrible experience with my previous solar contractor. He helped me cancel my agreement with the other contractor and we signed on. Jason would always check in with weekly updates on the project and if there was a hiccup, he would apologize. What I really loved about Jason and Genesis as a whole as they were willing to eat a portion of the cost of replacing our main panel to have us as a customer. THAT was something that made me stick with them and would absolutely recommend to anyone else to get solar. The only process that took long was the city approval, but as soon as the city approved everything, Genesis along with their installer Titian, finished the job in one day and 2 months later we were connected and generating our own power. WOW! Love them for their speedy install and always being communicative on where there were at in the project.

Great overall. The Solar unit itself functions as stated, there has been a few issues along the way but the company swiftly responds and covers every facet of the issues, including back pay a couple times. Highly reccomend!

Purchased residential solar from Genesis. Great experience so far. The process was surprisingly quick and painless. The installers were professional and respectful of our home and privacy. The results so far meet the promises the Company made - and the price was fair. Very happy!
