They completed the project in 3 days. The solar panels have been a great asset to our home and has helped save us a lot of money on our electric bill.

The field people work is excellent. They even clean up after themselves. Overall, the Austin office people could be more satisfactory. It took months, including a letter to the president, to install a 3rd Tesla battery they sold. They rely too much on automation to communicate with customers. Some of it doesn't make sense, and the customer is never sure who or what position of the person or computer the communication is coming from. They seem to need to be more knowledgeable about Projection Management. Not one person was assigned primary accountability, and then the name was provided to the customer. It isn't good because they have solid performing products and good field people. The Austin office does a disservice to the field people.

I live in a remote location so getting service can be many weeks and that is not really acceptable. If I had known that I would not have chosen them. I had a failure early on. I am a retired instrument engineer so I like to up with stuff. I don’t think the average person would have noticed. They didn’t tell me I had a problem but they did help me rectify the problem but it was a long, drawn out procedure.

Customer service is always willing and able to answer questions. The only negative thing was they miscalculated some local coding on the number of panels they can put up. Installation was pretty uneventful. The system is running low. We were promise 39 percent and it is more around 26.7 percent.

I deeply appreciate the professionalism and dedication of my Energy Consultant (JUAN G) who assisted me from the very start. Juan was extremely professional and explain everything there is to know about solar installations intricacies and the great benefits solar offers... Unfortunately, due to an urgent unforeseen family situation, I had to postponed my solar project until I come back to my hometown :( Despite, the obstacles and personal situations I am encountering, I am convinced I will come back to Freedom Solar to resume my solar installations since there is still time to benefit from the federal tax rebates and Freedom Solar world-class costumer service. Freedom Solar Power in Denver is a dumpster fire. If you need to have your panels removed/reinstalled, prepare to pay 40% more than other companies because you are locked into an exclusive contract due to the 25yr warranty. They won't even talk to you about scheduling until you pay up front, my roofing contractor threatened to terminate our contract because freedom was impossible to work with for planning. Three months later our roof has been installed, I've paid the solar re-install bill and they still will not even discuss my a re-install date. I'm filing a complaint will the Colorado Attorney General. This is a cash grab company with no integrity.

The savings and the rebate that was promised by the salesman was not true. Have not saved much on my electricity bill. Bill is still running up to 150 bucks a month. I’ve emailed my concerns and I get the same canned email advising the panels are working as they should. What a joke. Talk about buyer’s remorse! I would not recommend solar panels to anyone.

The steps to getting the system installed were professionally managed from the first day of my build until the system was generating power. I was happy with my first electric bill which showed a negative balance (I produced more than I used). I’m impressed with the 20 year guarantee and the availability of continuous support if I ever need it. I highly recommend Freedom Solar to install your solar system.

We chose Freedom Solar from 5 other installers because of their pricing, no pressure quote and quality Sunpower panels. We haven't paid a light bill in a year. Our account balance with Reliant has been in credit status from the start. We earned $-305.93 in credit last summer(8/21/20) and $-161.29 in credit this winter (2/24/21). Needless to say were extremely satisfied and recommend Freedom Solar.

freedom came out and installed 4kw worth of panels, explained the cost and if I find that they estimated the wrong number of panels they would add panels at their cost guarantied for 25 years and the people were very friendly. soon as PG&E does check a person from freedom will be with them and will instruct me on care and proper use of the system

We signed a contract with FSP for a 10kw solar panel installation with battery backup in 2Q22. After waiting approximately 5 months for design/permits, the installation crew arrived and immediately informed us that the system we requested couldn't be installed on our older home built in 1935. Calls to the Company were not returned, and we were left in the dark regarding what remedial steps might be required before the installation might proceed. All of this could have been avoided if the site inspection engineer had been forthcoming during his initial visit to our home.

They worked with my HOA to get approval for the plans, and installed pretty much within the timelines. However, I have not received the $500 for a completed referral that I made.
