It's not the cheapest in the industry but they are the best. I did a lot of research and I asked around. I went to reputable websites and that is how I landed on Bright Life. Support during the installation process was immediate. My customer sales rep was awesome and got in touch with me right away to answer questions. Scheduling was impeccable. I am a stickler for scheduling. It is all due to good communication. I almost didn’t know they were here installing it. They didn’t leave footprints. I work from home and there was little noise. It was great.

No customer support on warranty repairs after one year. E-mail remain unresolved and called the phone several times but no one picked up. Within the first year of installation the customer service were prompt. But now I have a defective panel and no one reply to my request any more. Update: I finally got a reply from the company after a few months. It seemed like the person who help me install the solar no longer works there. Vincent and Scott was able to help me swap out defect parts on my solar system and now the system is working properly again.

I like the equipment worked well. Install took about two days they were very neat and tidy there wasn't any you messes left and It was pretty painless. We had an issue and they were very responsive and got it fixed very quickly..

The only thing I would say about the installation process Is we had a huge piece of metal that fell from one of our skylight into our home and we have small children so that could've been a huge safety concern for us so I don't know how they because of what is that but yeah that was pretty dangerous. Everything is functioning as it as they said.

Bright is customer service oriented. They show up when they say they are going to. I never have to call them back to do something. Installation went smoothly. We did have a problem with the solar panels but they came out and fixed it and it was covered under warranty. I would recommend.

No issues so far. I think at the time of the installation we didn't discuss the capability for battery storage and maybe at that time it wasn't prevalent I understand now it is and it would be good to it would be good to request that information.
