We live in an all electric home in Houston Texas. Solar was our best option for a backup system with power outages. The beauty of rising sun they use several vendors to get panels and batteries and have great analytic software to maximize your production. To make the situation even better their designers and installers are experienced and incredibly qualified. It is so nice to have your system custom designed to address your situation. Not only that, they are more than willing to help you find the appliances to fit your system. I had great discussions on heating and cooling system and hot water heaters. The system went active in November and they were wonderful in getting permits with all the government bodies that regulate these installs. By the way you get the warranty from the manufacturer which for me is 25 years on panels and 10 years on my batteries. It gets better than that. Rising Sun has a great relationship with all its vendors. This I know because I had a minor problem with my panels, and they instantly got me in the loop with the company rep and the replacement panel was delivered and installed incredibly fast. The best thing I am confident if I need repairs or service , they will be there. If you want a custom system to fit your solar needs , with qualified staff, and a great service team, these are the installers for you. By the way, I was pleased with the price. I got a huge bang for my buck.
