Cape Fear Solar Systems has the right product for the right service level and for the right price. The responsiveness to my request for information was on target. This installation process initially was a little bit choppy in the sense that the commitments to the timing didn't exactly work out and there were some issues on that but once we got all that sorted out I think the installation went smoothly. I would recommend others to consider going solar.

Installation was great, we have some issues with the power companybecause I don't think they want people to put solar panels up there, so they kind of dragged their feet and made it difficult to implement the solar technology.

The solar products and installation seem to be good quality. The customer service is a bit lacking. Phone calls go unanswered during business hours and often seem to be answered by a service.
