They do not offer any panel cleaning or annual check up services. I have friends in other states that have solar and their installation companies offer these services. Once installed, you are on your own and all you get is a monthly email newsletter about their newest installations.

We do have a dedicated service department should you ever have any questions or concerns regarding your system. We do not charge for service calls from our customers! 910-409-5533 option 2.

Disappointing that my system is only 7 years old now and two years ago, I learned a panel could not be replaced. My electric bills are low, but FYI in the winter I have a propane furnace for heat when the temperature reach a certain degree.
