Madison C did a great job of steering us through the process. We only did a partial but it is paying off big time. Detractors say, "Yeah, but how much money per month are you paying?" I usually say I don't care because my savings monthly more than makes up for it and I anticipate it enhancing the sale of my home some day. The system works great the analytics are helpful and cool. Neighbor's bill last month was over $300. Ours was -$53!

The whole process was easy and comfortable. Madison was such a good explainer! We understood everything, from the way the system would work, to how it would interact with Austin's power grid, to the loan details and rebates. Everything just felt right, on the up and up. 10 out of 10!

The solar panels are not producing enough to cover my electricity cost nearly what I was led to believe they would. I have a 1 for 1 buy back for solar and I try to use only during the day. Out of the last 13 months I was only negative on my bill for three months and they do roll over the credits....this was supposed to be sized over what I used in the past. Not sure it was based on what we are seeing... not a good investment.

I was informed every step in the process. The team responded quickly to my concerns. Caleb followed up about 1 week after installation to ensure all was going well. He noticed 1 of the panels was not producing at the same rate as the other panels and the issue was quickly resolved.

They were just a broker and handed me off to M2 Power Solutions. M2 was terrible to work with, and ATX Solar provided no support. From the time I signed my contract to my panels being turned on was over six months. I had to start payments two months before I had an operational system. One day, I come home to a bunch of guys from ATX Solar on my lawn flying a drone over my house to take pictures of my solar array. They said they were taking those pictures for me, but I never received them. Overall a very weird experience, and I would not recommend this company.

Was working great and not costing much over the monthly agreed payment until last month. The monthly plus what I used over that amount was$490. That's twice the highest electric bill I've ever paid. I called and was told they could check the system but it's$300 and they couldn't trek me that after paying that that it would improve theusage.
