We were mislead by their sales person Chance Columns from the Charlotte M. area. He told us once we went solar we would save money on payments because of all the incentives and tax breaks . He promised a tax consultant would prepare our taxes and we have yet to hear from them. I explained to him our financial situation and he assured us we had nothing to worry about our payment would be much less but that isn't happening. Chance lied to us and he prays on elderly people. Be ware if this company comes around don't let them in

My Enlighten app constantly reports gateway meter measurement errors and I can’t get anyone to fix it. I have called many different times, am always told a date someone will be there and they never show up and never inform me. On the day of “monitoring appointment” the error stops for a couple days. The techs never let me know they are there despite my requests, so I never have a chance to ask any questions. The numbers on my Enlighten app do NOT ADD UP. Example: 28Feb I produced 4.5kW, used 1.5kW, exported 10.0 kW and the app reports 100% grid dependence. And nobody wants to fix it, apparently. Maybe this review will get someone’s attention and overhaul my experience with your company. So far I keep getting lied to about service dates and put off until “scheduled monitoring appointments” that are apparently failing to address the issues. Note: it isn’t David F’s fault (salesman)
