Loved working with Comcast Xfinity TV. The TV channels came in great and we were definitely pleased. The only reason we switched to another company was because we were able to get more channels at a cheaper price. I was always pleased with the customer service department and they were very patient with my questions.

I have mixed feelings about Xfinity TV services. About 4 years ago when I first started working with this provider I felt like their service was fairly good. After a couple of months I started having a really bad connection. My TV would have a really bad signal and I was told that the are that I lived in was a dead spot. I ended up switching soon after because I was not getting the speed of services that I had hoped to. If you are in a "dead spot" this is definitely not the right provider for you.

We had a bad experience with Comcast Xfinity but it was probably just our situation and location at the time. I loved the price and Comcast did what they could to fix the problem but it never worked out. Maybe your experience will be better if you have a chance, they do have great products.

We mostly watch xfinity with sports and special programs. The remote is kind of clunky. The menu is kind of hard to use, and locate things. It can get a little confusing at times. There is a good selection of options to watch.

Overall, our experience with xfinity had been good. Their menu is a little difficult to navigate unless you know exactly what number your station is - especially trying to find local channels. Good variety of channels and packages. Would love a sports only package. We really enjoy the on demand option.

We love the voice command on the remote and the ability to DVR multiple shows at the same time. We don't like that they keep jacking up the rates. The service seems to go out from time to time and we have to reset the box more often that we would like--probably at least once a week.

We have used Comast/Xfinity as our provider for a while. I was fairly happy with the services it provided for a while. The internet is pretty decent and have only had a few mishaps. Although, I would complain about how many updates there are to the provided services. Without us changing what plan we were paying for, the channels we were allowed to watch changed. I was a little upset because I loved the channel I currently love to watch. But what they do provide is pretty decent.

We have had comcast tv and internet for over 15 years... The internet service is amazing, with amazing speeds, and service... The TV part of it is overpriced and in this day and age who watches TV anymore? Now that Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc... is available... I think they need to up their game and lower their prices to make their TV serviced worth it!

I've had comcast off and on for a few years. For the most part they are good. This last year our service went out multiple times for hours at a time, it was frustrating. When we called about it, they would just say it is out in certain areas, no explanation really. I would have given them five stars if it wasn't for our service last year.

Overall good products but the bundling is annoying that to get the best rate you have to pick up services that aren't really needed. The contracts are also frustrating as the pricing keeps rising each year rather than a reasonable rate the entire time. The services were generally reliable but when having outages it could take several days before a technician could come out to fix internet.

Comcast Xfinity TV is overpriced. They just hit us with a 20% price increase. Their On The Go TV is misleading. Many of the most popular channels cannot be accessed and you cannot play recorded shows away from home. We will go back to YouTube TV where we can get the same channels we watch for half the price.

Worst week of my life dealing with Xfinity cable and their customer service over the phone and in-store. Switch from DIRECTV last week and had at least seven hours of phone calls to get the service correct they never could. I was lied to disconnected. Never spoke to a US representative every call took at least 45 minutes. Two technicians came out and the service still was not working properly. I went back to DIRECTV a week later any reason you have for switching it’s not good enough. Trust me.

years back started at a great price for TV, Internet and Phone after the 2nd year the price doubled. Called customer retention in order to lower the price I had to give two boxes back and reduce my channel lineup. Then after several more years I had to eliminate the phone service, bill only went down a few bucks, then I got rid of their internet bill was still $152.00 for a small amount of channels. Today I cancelled Xfinity altogether, now using an antenna, using Hulu, HBO max, Netflix and PrimeVideo this is what I recommend for all of you. Cut the CABLE

This company will take everything they can from you in fees, my most recent new fee is I have to upgrade my dvr storage even tho my storage was fine where it was, but they decided that I didn’t have enough so they erased 2/3 of my recordings until I agreed to pay another 10.96 a month on top of the 230.00 I already pay, I don’t recommend Comcast at all this seems illegal!!!

I’ve been a customer for 5 years we just moved and been without service for 2 weeks now still no service was on hold for 10 hours all together in past 2 weeks they hung up on me many times worse experience ever can’t get ahold of any one in the USA and I’m still being charged lost all movies I bought bill is over 200 $ this move has been the worst service ever I give them a - 5 stars ATM now I understand why President Trump calls them concast very unprofessional customer service

Impossible to connect to a representative unless you spend hours with the inefficient automated service. Sure, one is supposed to apparently leave a call back on the app but that is the most non straight forward thing I have heard ever. I called the customer service twice to cancel tv but still got billed every month for tv. They are the only service available in my area so I am stuck with them, cant wait for the day I will never have to use xfinity again! Too pricey for the ordinary internet.

Comcast is the worse company in the planet. I signed a contract for a year in November 2020 1st bill was $114.00 April 2021 is $134.00 . Increased 10.00 dollars in less than six months. Since 2019 I have been a customer never had a problem until 2 days ago I was told my services would be restored only to find out they were not. My grandson uses my internet for his school work. And has not been able to do so. I have been told that I can not receive any discount during the Covid.

We went to Xfinity local office at 1670 E Monte vista Ave, suite 101 Vacaville CA, 95688. The customer service representative at the the door was rude , we brought equipment to return for exchange because they send us the Wrong equipments ,won’t let us bring the box inside , the lady African American personnel slumped the box on the counter in front of my face and ask me to take it back .It was bad customer service experience At that location .. hope not to go back to that store again ..very bad service

Xfinity overseas call center agents lack empowerment to resolve customer concerns. Xfinity erroneously rejected my credit card payment assuming an expired expiration date on the card-which expires in 2025. The website doesn't allow a simple edit of the card information. They imposed a late fee. The Phillippine agent was unable to resolve the issue to my satisfaction and offered to inconvenience me with a 45 minute delay to speak to another supervisor in Mexico. Incompetent call center agents and continued delay in solving concerns, gives Xfinity a negative 5 review.

They are money hungry. Charge you for things that are inaccurate! I was instructed to drop off at an xfinity drop off location and was told they couldn't take said package due to the shipping label being incorrect. But they Wouldn't help me get the correct shipping label in order to return their equipment and instead of helping me I was charged for the equipment before I could even receive a new shipping label to send it back!!!!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I got Xfinity internet on June 16, 2020. Cable was supposed to be buried in 14 days. After numerous attempts to contacts them, phone, email, customer service and their complaint dept., I have not been able to get a live person. All I can get is their virtual assistant, and she is worthless. It has been almost 8 1/2 months and the cable is still across my driveway, down the street in front of my house and across my yard. It is frayed and my husband had to tape it. In a few more months I can cancel my contract and get it out of my yard.

Spent over an hour on line and chatting with Comcast Xfinity to set up an account and purchase their Signature + More TV+internet+voice. I am a new customer at this address. Chat agent confirmed no additional costs except tax. Then at check out, after the chat agent left, I see $30 in fees that makes the total unreasonable. Another chat agent came on and said if I called customer care they would fix this surprise. That agent said sorry, everybody has to pay it. This intentionally misleading and deceptive practice is documented in the chats. Beware of Comcast's practices! Jeff

Unable to teach live person, was told to text and was disconnected from Paul then went back in and not a live person. They have the worst customer service. My bill has gone up 30.00 in a month and unable to reach a live person to tell me why. Worst customer service
