We had this service for about 2 years. The reception was not the greatest where we lived. We repeatedly had to disconnect the power and reboot the cable box. Once we were able to switch services, we did.

I love that my uverse doesn’t go out in a storm. It is very reliable.I just hate the fact the packages are so much. I have the lowest package and there are very few channels I actually watch.

The AT&T U-verse is overpriced and malfunctions multiple times. The channel options are not as diverse, and I have had to get on the phone with AT&T every other month to reset my service in order to get it working. I will say that customer service is very patient, and will work with you to resolve the problem.

The worst customer tech support I've ever encountered. The equipment (modem, receivers, etc) are are old, out of date and incompatible with each other. Never again to AT&T!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dirtbags!!!!!

The literally worst internet on the planet. NEVER works. I have to re set my box 100 times a day and it still works 50 percent of the time. It’s the only provider in my area so i have to use them.

Treat long tune customers with price hikes and games. Then after returning the equipment they send collection agencies after $80. Pretty petty and comical. Get your services elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and avoid

Our cable went out every time it was windy, rained or snowed, even in just light flurries. They'll also send you to collections if you don't pay your way out of your contract so we had to pay for services that we didn't recieve if the weather was bad.

When I was a customer I had to actually decline services after finding out a lot of hidden fees they don't tell you things up front at all there's always a secret fee hiding somewhere in your contract. Please read all the fine print
