AT&T U-verse has been a stalwart in the industry over the past many decades. Known throughout the world even today as a giant in the communications space, their innovative existence provides a secure support system to the U-Verse platform. For example, AT&T U-Verse was the first company in the United States to enable customers with the ability to watch TV throughout their home in places without a TV outlet. This was made possible by utilizing integrated wireless receivers.

  • Includes: HD and Premium channels (HBO, Cinemax, and Showtime)

*Customers must sign up for a 12-month agreement. AutoPay & Paperless bill is required.

The U-verse App

The U-verse app lets customers control their DVR from anywhere. Customers can set their favorites, stream live TV, check the guide to schedule recordings, or turn their phone into a U-verse remote control.

The app is free and available from the App Store, Google Play, or the Amazon app store. Members of the U-verse can download the app onto their iOS/Android smartphones, tablets, wearables, as well as Amazon Fire TV devices.

Interactive TV Apps

The U-verse has several interactive TV apps to help make a customers entertainment experience more comfortable. Here are a few of the interactive apps available.

  • Multiview and My Multiview: Allows customers to track up to four shows at a time on one screen
  • Phone Services: Customers can see their caller ID and message-ready notifications on their TV
  • Stingray Karaoke: Get access to popular songs and create a playlist
  • The Weather Channel: Customers have access to local and national forecasts from experts. The app allows members to track warnings and severe weather alerts.

Contract Length

AT&T U-verse offers a 12-month contract, which is shorter than many competitors' 24-month contracts. In fact, even though AT&T owns both DIRECTV and AT&T U-verse, DIRECTV still has two-year contracts while U-verse has one-year contracts. This could be a benefit for customers who aren't sure how long they want to commit to a TV provider.

Combine and Save

For customers that need an internet and TV service provider, it might be wise to bundle.

The U-Family TV + AT&T Internet bundle is just $75 per month, includes over 190 channels, users will get up to 100 Mbps internet speeds with unlimited data, and users can stream and surf the web with 99 percent reliability. Plus the professional installation fee is waived ($99 value).

International Channels

AT&T U-verse offers several international add-ons, more than your average TV company. You can watch shows in Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Russian, and more. This is an exciting opportunity for speakers of other languages, and it might make you more likely to choose AT&T as your provider.

The Bad

  • Possible Fees
  • Limited Service Ability
  • Competes with DIRECTV

Possible Fees

As with every other TV service provider, there will be some additional fees and costs. AT&T U-verse is not exempt and customers can expect the following monthly fees to appear on their bill.

  • Broadcast TV Surcharge: $6.99–$7.99
  • Equipment Fee (DVR Receiver): $15
  • Equipment Fee (Additional Receiver): $10
  • HD Access Fee: $10
  • Vacation Hold: $7
  • Activation Fee: $35
  • Early Termination Fee: Up to $180 (pro-rated by the number of months completed)
  • Installation Fee: Up to $199 for U-verse TV
  • Late Payment Fee: $9.25
  • Non-Return Equipment Fee: Up to $150
  • NSF/Returned Check Fee: Up to $30
  • Payment Convenience Fee: $5 per bill/payment
  • Premium Package Downgrade: $5
  • DVR Upgrade Fee: $105
  • Restoral Fee: $35 per account
  • Service Repair Dispatch Fee: $99
  • Dispatch on Demand Fee: $99

While the pricing for AT&T U-verse seems fairly reasonable, that doesn’t mean they won’t add up over time. Be sure to read the agreement terms before signing a contract to avoid paying more for your TV service provider.

Limited Service Ability

The U-verse is currently only available to 21 states. That being said, living in a state that it is offered is not a guarantee it will be available to you in your specific city — it varies from city to city which makes it difficult to know for sure. You will need to enter in all of your information on their website to know if U-verse is available to you in your area.

  • Alabama
  • Arkansas
  • California
  • Florida
  • Georgia
  • Illinois
  • Indiana
  • Kansas
  • Kentucky
  • Louisiana
  • Michigan
  • Mississippi
  • Missouri
  • Nevada
  • North Carolina
  • Ohio
  • Oklahoma
  • South Carolina
  • Tennessee
  • Texas
  • Wisconsin

Residents outside of these states will have to look at other TV service providers.

Competes with DIRECTV

AT&T owns both its U-verse TV offerings and DIRECTV. Since acquiring DIRECTV in 2015, the company has worked to make this its main TV service, steering customers to this choice. As a result, AT&T U-verse may decline or its services may be closed to usher more AT&T customers to DIRECTV. However, this has yet to happen, so perhaps AT&T will not fulfill this prediction.

gavel

The Bottom Line

AT&T's U-verse is reasonably priced for the number of channels customers can receive. The app is relatively intuitive and the interactive apps make for a comfortable and convenient entertainment experience. However, the TV provider is not available nationwide and it doesn’t seem to offer much for sports fans. Although monthly fees are standard throughout the industry, we recommend customers keep a close eye on their bill.

That being said, the company has advanced technology that allows your TV, internet, and home phone to be interactive with one another which makes utilizing these technologies more convenient. The television has a digitally clear picture and sound, the internet has capabilities of downloading speeds up to 45 Mbps, and the voice option comes with 20 different calling features.

SAVE YOUR RETURN RECIEPT FOR AT LEST THREE YEARS! They will send you to collections. I have delt with them THREE times. First time the woman at ATT even when I gave her the tracking number she still told me "We didn't get it". After arguing with her I finally ended up telling her I wasn't paying because they had their equipment. They still sent to collections and had to deal with them who got the problem solved but for only a few months. This is now almost two years and now the third time collections is contacting me again for the same thing because ATT is trying to collect money for equipment has in their possession. Also fighting to have this removed from my credit reports. I WILL NEVER recommend their service and try my darndest to keep people from the headaches dealing with this well known issue.

We started using AT&T U-verse 7 years ago when we moved into a new neighborhood that offered thru their HOA a bundle package that was priced too good to choose any other TV provider. Over these seven years, we have been very satisfied using AT&T U-verse. Unlike other satellite companies, all of our wiring for this neighborhood is underground, therefore eliminating any blackouts and loss of TV during heavy storms, snow, etc. I am very happy with their programming, and have had great Customer service with the exception of one time that due to a communication issue, I had to ask for another representative. I have been on the phone as long as an hour with a very friendly technician that talked me thru every step I needed to get my TV up and back on stations, keeping me from taking the time out of a day waiting on a technician to come to my house. As busy as my schedule is, I didn’t mind the time it took for the issue to be resolved over the phone. Twice we needed a new modem. It came within a week and the instructions within it were very easy for me to unhook the old one and rehook our new one. We love our DVR where we can record our favorite shows if unable at the time, or gone and cannot watch. Currently AT&T U-Verse is under negotiations to help restore our local station WKRN Channel 2 (CBS), but this has happened in the past and I have no doubt that soon, we will have our local channel back up and be able to continue watching.

I have been with this company for many years. At first it was great, about 159.00 for 1 TV and 1 Computer, but every few months it goes up. Today as of July 7th I am paying 245.00 a month for 1 TV and 1 computer. They have many hidden fees and taxes which is bullshit and they keep rising the price every 3 months. I soon will be getting another company as it is too expensive for me to keep.

i have been a customer for about 10 years now, since a t and t uverse came into my area..prior to that i had comcast as the "box" happens to be in the corner of my backyard! the problem with a t and t is the cost,as well as customer service (you are supposed to do it all online and if you get a real person on the phone he is in india or south america-i once got a man in rio de janero brazil of all places-and if you need personal assistance, its a contractor and they are NOT friendly)! you get charged a monthly fee per box and per tv..the internet is slow and they do not have the updated internet in my area as of yet,.the phone (yes it is a landline through the a t and t system)goes out when the power goes out,and the tv channels are not as great as you would anticipate for the cost..i changed from the 400 series to the 300 series, but that really didnt save me much money..i have to call yearly to "bargain" and see if i can get any promotions or discounts, as they dont do that automatically, and being a "loyal customer" as they call you, doesnt mean much!i am not sure any of the others would be better, although they might be cheaper..a t and t u verse does like you to sign a "yearly" contract, and if they make changes for you, they request you sign again..my brother said to "cut the cord" and do streaming or the like, but i have had cable so long im not sure of that!internet deals can be found separately, but i probably would have to go straight cellphone use if i did that(do not have a t and t cell by the way!)

I am a current Customer of AT&T U-Verse. The service is good, but I did have problems with the wireless Access connection for several months. After having a call with the Support Team, they sent a service person to my home on a Saturday!! I was surprised that the problem could be resolved that quickly. After that experience I have a new found respect for AT&T U-verse.

Canceled uverse after contract was up. I sent in all the equipment and was told to call back in a month to verify. I called back and was told only half was received but they had a tracking number for the rest and was told to call back in another month. I called back and was told that the computer hasn't generated the equipment fee off my bill and to call back in 2 months. I called back and was then told that someone would have to manually remove it and to call back in 3 months. I called back and nobody could tell me anything because the bill was in collections. What a scam. Never will I let at&t step foot in my home, 2 business locations, nor will I use the cellphone ever again. Worst company ever.

AT&T U-verse is a dependable service for TV and Internet. I used this service in my rental property. They have a lot of channels to choose from and their internet is pretty dependable. I had numerous times that the service would disconnect, but would come back up quickly. All in all a good service though.

I was first introduced to AT&T U-verse through the "bundle" offer provided by my mobile phone provider. Using the opportunity to "bundle" tv, internet, and phone was incredibly convenient for me. Now I paid one bill for all of my services without sacrificing the quality, and customer service that I come to expect...

I recently relocated to a building where only AT&T U-verse is offered. Haven't had it long but I do not like it. My internet connection routinely drops and for someone who works from home fulltime this is absolutely unacceptable. I selected an upgraded package to ensure I wouldn't have issues. It's slow opening browser windows too often. I live alone so there are no other mobile devices connected including my cell phone. I have a package so I received two boxes or receivers. The one connected to my TV in the bedroom is always going down so I can't watch it. I don't have the time nor patience to keep calling customer service. I asked my leasing office if there were another provider to which I didn't receive a response which happens quite often too. I'll post a review about this property too on the appropriate site. At any rate, I do not and would not recommend AT&T cable/internet though it's more affordable than my previous provider. If you have no other choice as it seems I don't, I would consider moving someplace with other options & where AT&T isn't forced on you.

I have given them repeated chances for 2 cycles of phones now and I just can't do it anymore. They are way too automated, customer service isn't trained adequately, they don't remember to put notes into the system. Service is intermittent and calls are constantly dropped. I just can't do it anymore AT&T. You have grown too big and your customer service and quality has suffered and you are charging way too much

I was unhappy with my current cable provider, which was spectrum, so I was flagged down by an ATT sales person in a Walmart. I was planning on switching anyways, and since they offered a $300 gift card to switch, I figured why not? I have had the service installed for approximately 3 weeks, and so far I am happy with the service, despite 1 thing, which is occasional lag. I think I will need to invest further time in with the service to leave a more accurate review.

I like this company because it has been around for a very long time and they have developed a lot of new policies and procedures to make the customer experience more enjoyable. They also have really great customer service, especially in stores versus online. They could definitely use a little bit of work on where to find their resources and how long it takes to locate those. Overall, not a bad company nor a bad experience.

Overall very reliable programming, great channel selections and great customer service. I have the tv and internet bundle. Internet is very reliable. Few gripes are the $10 extra for HD channels. HD is now the standard and should be free of charge. Also, I feel package pricing could be cheaper. I would recommend At&T U-Verse to friends and family.

AT&T U-verse is very reliable. I have 75Mbps down and 25Mbps up, it is more reliable than the Cable internet I had at 300Mbps down and 100Mbps up. There are 3 of us working from home during COVID and it is working well for us. We also use it with many streaming apps as well. We are not gamers, so I can't speak to that.

You would think that since ATT has been in business as long as I have been alive, they would be great at whatever they endeavor, but after all this time, UVERSE IS STILL GLITCHY! We cancelled satellite with both of the other providers because of the problems on rainy days, but UVERSE has become MORE glitchy. We waited forever UVERSE to come to our city, then waited some more for them to come to our side of the street. The picture freezes MORE since they switched to fiber. After COVID and we had to work from home, we discovered that we weren’t actually getting the speed we were paying for. I will say that one great technician fixed the internet problem with their affordable modem to carry the signal through all walls to the other side of the house. The UVERSE IS STILL GLITCHY THOUGH. All this time, never better, just worse. We were even told by a technician that they are planning on phasing UVERSE out and pushing their satellite instead. I like ATT’s customer service, but I am so disappointed with UVERSE.

I have cable, internet and phone with AT&T U-verse. The service in my area has been great. I'm not interested in dish TV with service blipping out during storms. I use the cable dvd feature exclusively. Two downsides: the huge price jump at the expiration of their "special" service plan. I called and was given another special one-year plan at a good price. The only downside this time was with the installation. I have quite a few cameras, televisons, computers and phones accessing wifi. After the new modem was installed I said to the installer, I assume I can change the password on the AT&T site and the installer said., "I wouldn't recommend it since you have so many items." I had to leave for an appointment, so didn't ask for clarification, even though I found his respond ODD! Later when I checked the new router, it's identified as ATT... with a new password, but my wifi network and password on all my devices shows the old 2Wire network. The new ATT... router is listed as guest. I suspect the installer did a workaround with the install. Calling AT&T and working this out with a person in another country using voice translation is just not going to happen. I have an excellent security program setup so will rely on that until this contract is about to expire. I've started my search for a different provider.

Right now, I’m watching a recording, and every 2 mins I’m getting playback isn’t available right now make sure u have connection!! This is a constant. Spectrum was better than this, which says a lot in itself. Has not met my expectations. For the money, $220, and consistent problems, basic tv, after this mth I’m going to YouTube tv. We installed AT&T and U-verse as the pandemic was just setting a course of disruption (an intelligent decision for the educated). We worked from home and needed a secure internet provider and a backup to our existing provider so we installed and had two internet providers and U-verse. And, because the two were competing against each other for our business we got both for less than we had been paying for the one. Yay competition. The internet has been okay. It was really good when we first started and mostly works now. U-verse came with HBO Max and HBO Max was "Free." As I explained to the service person I spoke with last (2/21/23) night "nothing is free much less HBO Max." What made our HBO Max super-not-free is the fact that we have not been able to login to the service since we installed AT&T. I worked with the service person yesterday for over an hour to no avail and to the point it was so frustrating that I finally thanked them for their time and hung up. The deal is the service person went through a series of experiments and "can you hold on" moments while I would assume they were talking with someone more knowledgeable and with each experiment I was having to reenter multiple emails and passwords on multiple devices. It was a course defined by lack of knowledge and frustrating experimentation. We did get HBO Max to come up on my laptop with my credentials and I knew then there was something wrong at the television. And after we were about to go down another road of experimenting I stopped and said "I can experiment myself." I kept at it and figured it out. The apps are not user friendly, the website is disordered and cumbersome and cluttered, the whole service process is headache-inducing; the service people simply do not know what they are doing (for the most part) and are following something of a script; all I have dealt with have been very polite, however. And, all providers raise their rates for no verifiable reason. I call every time I receive a rate increase and argue until I get what I want but that usually takes the very real threaten of canceling my service...it's a horribly ridiculous and unethical process. I'd look hard at other providers although a year+ later I finally have access to a very expensive channel. And as you look at other providers realize there are very, very few good ones with many locations, including mine, you only have a choice between the terrible and the perhaps less than terrible...this month.

When transferring to the residential U-verse Department after being offered a reward Visa card worth $250, AT&T's manager, Ms. B, lied to us, disrespected us, and hung up on us. She is wretched, unkempt, and a bully. AT&T is a dishonest organization with dishonest people at the helm who take pleasure in mistreating and taking advantage of hard-working people who trust them to do right by them. The promised card is more challenging to obtain than American millionaire status. Ernesto, Cindy, Mary, Liz, Anne, and a large number of additional agents promised to assist us in receiving our reward card. The retention department vowed to see that we would receive the award. However, they still keep pointing the finger at the Rewards Department. Bryan in the retention department deliberately canceled our account to prevent us from receiving the promised prize. All of them are hopeless, lawless, nasty, and horrible people. Avoid using AT&T even if they are the only carrier in your community. It is likely, unless GOD, saves them, going to the bad place.

Today was the last straw. Internet and TV went out. I called and it was determined it was a bad line on their end. I know these things happen, fine, but when I was told no one would be out to fix it until after Xmas, (Dec 14th) I blew a fuse. Yes, this is true, I went up 3 levels of management and no one could help sooner. I work from home as a realtor and rely on the Internet. I spoke to the following people who could not help: James: Molly. Jory: I have Emailed the FCC about this. Further; I have alway had to constantly reboot receiver to get service back up, Internet is slower than what I paid for, they raised prices on me for less programs, Yes, I know, it's time to go. just thought I would warn others.

Customer service has moved over sea and you can not understand the representatives. Lately I paid Uverse my bill electronically as I have done for years. Uverse said I did not pay it, charged me a late fee, and I had to pay for 2 months. They credited the money I sent to directTV. I do not have direct TV and am not a customer of them. I called uverse back and they said I did not have a late payment and that I'm paid up through the next month. I had them transfer me to directTV (who I am not a customer of) and they said they are having tech difficulties and are unable to access accounts. AT&T has gone to crap and has poor management. I cancelled their phone service years ago over an anonymous $5 charge that I found on my bill. They could not explain it nor would they remove it. I had directTV over 6 years ago and the bills constantly increased over time with no explanation. So they were cancelled. Now, uverse is going to get cancelled because of their incompetence. If shopping for any service steer VERY, VERY clear from AT&T.

We have been with AT&T U-verse for many years. Recently their service and reliably has gone from good to horrible. We are now at the point where we are going to be dropping them. First their customer and technical service is in India and all they can do is follow a script and do not listen to or do not understand what you are telling them. TV often loses connection and the receiver needs to be restarted. TV pixelation occurs even with their fastest internet. Most troubling is twice in the past two months we have been without service for almost 24 hours. No phone, internet or TV. All customer service can tell you is that there is a network issue and service will be restored in 2 to 4 hours which is not true.

We have had AT&T U-Verse for years and was very happy with it. Those days are over and I would not recommend anybody getting it. We have lost our DVR Box completely 2 times within months which means you loose all taped shows and have to wait for a week or more to get a replacement sent so none of those services are available. Besides this it has gone out numerous other times. No one will come to your house to do any service no matter how much trouble you have. We plan on changing companies as soon as possible because AT&T U-Verse is not what it use to be, not what is promised and not worth the outrageous bills for the lack of service.

Terrible terrible terrible Cable service drops daily. It goes to a screen saying check internet connection. No reason for this many times daily. Internet is slow. Customer service is outsourced to another country which I can't understand whom I'm speaking too. I cancelled service with them and they pulled a scam on me. They kept saying they would send a code for the USPS to come get it. But not so fast my friends, with a little deeper digging they didn't. They wanted me to keep it too charge me for another month. Beware guys when you cancel make sure you push the issue to get your equipment out of your house too AT&T. Or else they will try too charge you. In summary service was horrendous initially with setup, they drilled through my house into areas with wiring for electric, left it exposed to elements, and took 4 hours doing so. The duration of having there service which was, 2 years was a nightmare with losing connection time and time again either due to a drizzle of rain or there updating. I am so disappointed because they actually raised prices significantly, why? Why do they think they can do this. I just wanted to leave this for any future customers, choose wisely my friends.

AT&T U-verse offers the worst internet service ever. They talk about 1 GBPS but the speed hardly reached 15 MBPS. Their customer support is the worst too. Whenever I need to call their customer service I have to make sure that I have at least 2 hours to waste. They keep you transfer from department to department and you have to start from the beginning when they transfer to a different department. They also recently charged me $99 for a service they initially told me free. I had autopay setup so, I didn’t see the bill before the money got debited from my account. I had called them and spoke for more than 2 hours and finally hung up. Later I switched to WOW internet and I am glad I did switch. Awesome internet speed and excellent customer service.

At@t are a bunch of crooks who cheat customers out of their hard earned money. Every month my bill goes up and when I call its always something different. I was late on one payment but somehow Im paying late fees every month on that one #!$@ing payment. I see why everybody I know is switching to streaming services.,you pick a plan and you pay the same amount every month, unlike at@tWeCrooks, who has so many hidden fees that they don't even know why they charging you. Not only do they have so many hidden fees the taxes they charge are ridiculous. I wonder how much a year do At@tWeCrooks make off late fees, they are worse than the Mafia when it comes to collections. I'm so done with this unethical company and if you like holding on to a little extra money each month you will be done with these crooks as well. With all the streaming services that are out, you would think they would treat their customers right, but I guess it will take them losing more customers to finally realize that people are tired of getting bent over month after month, for a service that's not even that good in the first place.

Baited to make the switch San Antonio, TX

There aren't any negative black stars to choose from, I was baited into switching my internet/cable service in early August & the experience has left me both exhausted and disappointed. I was promised a better deal compared to Spectrum & ended up with channels I can pick up with an antenna, a handful of sexual infomercials, Show time & several cartoon networks. What I had with Spectrum is now an upgrade with AT&T. Have I mentioned their customer service? Yep it goes in hand with their bait & switch, don't do it. Calling AT&T is like calling the IRS, long hold times, and they don't give you the details, unless you ask..DONT DO IT, you've been warned. I'm sharing my story with everyone & anyone who will listen. Signed up in Aug 16, 2019 & I'm counting the days my contract can be bought out, that should tell everyone how bad they operate..(I had to rate with 1 star min & they're not worthy of that rating either in all categories esp in trustworthiness)

AT&T scheduled my appointment for a Friday between 12-4. Never showed up, I called first thing Saturday morning and they scheduled me for the following Monday between 8-12 but promised me I would be the first order filled. They again, never showed up which caused me to use my 2nd vacation day for nothing. This was my last vacation day available for the year. When I called on Monday to ask where they were their response was we can get you in next Thursday. I told them I needed installation today because I could not take off any more days of work. They said there was nothing they could do. So after costing me 2 vacation days and hundreds of dollars in lost wages I am left without internet service which also impedes my ability to work. When they asked how they could fix the issue I said get a tech out today, the day you had me scheduled to install the service. They offered me free installation which they already did the first time they missed my appointment, when I said what would they do for the 2nd missed appointment and for the money I would lose taking a 3rd day off. They said they would cover installation lol. It's amazing. I would NEVER recommend AT&T after this experience.

I like U-verse but my initial set up with the technician was not the best. The tech told me he could not put the modem in my master bedroom when I had had U-verse before and the modem was in the master bedroom. I didn't make a fuss but wish I had. I did not want to be charged extra or wait for another tech to come out.

The sales person was walking my neighborhood one evening and had a new employee shadowing him. RJ was the expert giving new employee the examples. Recently I have had issues with slow internet connectivity with Spectrum and had been interested is seeing what AT&T had to offer anyway so why not talk to them. I explained to RJ that AT&T had given me and many of my dental software client bad customer services and it was a great concern to me. RJ was great had an answer for everything. I did explain to him that I took great pride in the yard and my concerns about digging a line through my sod. Reassured me that AT&T had taken measures to create a better customer service experience. I signed up and set the date for the install. 1. They did not show or call to the set time I had to call them to find out where they were and the 3rd party dispatch agent responded that the install date had been rescheduled. NO ONE TOLD ME. 2. Intaller cut my tree down instead to trimming around it he cut the things down. I asked him why would he do that and his response was it's not my problem. I asked what are you going to do with the big limbs that now were stacked like a brush pile in the middle of my yard" he says " Not my problem". I promptly asked him to get off my property.

AT&T Uverse has been my provider for the longest time, and each time I'd look into other providers, they seem to win at all fronts: customer-friendly service, looking out for my needs, and fast tech support and service.

We used AT&T U-verse for over 5 years at my apartment. The service was great and the channel selections were great. My only complaint is that our bill changed a little too frequently. Other than that, I would recommend AT&T U-verse to anyone!

I consider this company to be in breach of contract for dropping stations while in contract negotiations that I am paying iver$100 a month for! There are too many other options available to continue dealing with this company!

Absolutely would not recommend. I've had internet and Uverse for 12 years. Horrible customer service in that their emails do not match what's told on the phone. I canceled TV service they still charged me.. The supervisor actually advised my only recourse was to cancel my direct draft payments. It's really a joke.

Constant freezing particularly on recorded shows and sometimes watching live tv. Frequently tape shows on DVR and it shows recorded for an hour for example and then you play it and it immediately says finished with nothing recorded or you watch the show for 10 minutes and it finishes. My internet was great until fiber installed and now it stalls and won’t hold the connection. The ATT tech said it doesn’t work well if you have more than 40% space used on DVR but having less than that didn’t correct the problem.

I give * for Value for your money because I see no value in an unreliable service. I give * for Quality of product or service because it is an unreliable service. I give * for Customer service because they are difficult to do business with. I give * for Company trustworthiness because they provide an unreliable service, which may or may not be fixed by their tech support; only to break again in the near future if it ever even is fixed. Do you trust a company like this with your hard earned $s?!
