This process has been lengthy and completely flawed. Many pictures were duplicated, out of any kind of order, and many pix not added. The MLS showed only the bottom half of the house! The home was built in 2001 and it showed it is 5 yrs old. It's taken more than a week to get this garbage out and it's embarrassing and unprofessional. No one has contacted me to explain the showing process. I would have been better out throwing out fliers! Save your money....

Listed to sell a home here, they were awful, they would not share the listing info to see the property with the inquires....... they said its AGAINST POLICY!

Company website says; Listing on your Local MLS. They don't say state MLS, or national MLS, they say local. However, once you pay the money, fill out all of the forms, and are listed you find out that your listed on Mystate MLS. The problem is that local real estate agents are not members. Local agents, the ones with clients wanting to buy a home, are members of the local MLS, so it's not where local realtors are looking. So they don't see your house for sale unless they also search Realtor.com or Zillow. So you won't get many buyer realtors because they're not seeing your listing. Realtors also need forms from the MLS and even when they called Beycome they didn't get them. I had to print them out for each visit. I'm cancelling and going with another provider who actually does do local MLS.
