Filtering Options

These options allow you to get really specific about what you're looking for.

License

All Home.com's agents require a license. Their real estate agents are experts within their specified areas and provide up to date information. They provide the information on local housing trends, home prices, mortgage rates and can even guide you to find the perfect neighborhood and schools to fill your needs. They can also assist you in finding mortgage lenders, home appraisers, title insurance and home loans.

Commission/Elling Costs

I am impressed with Homes.com staff always trying to get better results for me quickly and they follow up afterwards to make sure that I am satisfied and to answer any questions. The leafs that I am getting are solid and have put me in front of clients that are actively searching. I really like the fact that I don't have to sift through tons of garbage leads to find one real lead. I prefer fewer good leads than tons of bad ones. I am getting about 3 good leads a week and have been showing homes to all three. It does not cost nearly as much as other lead sources and they let you customize your searches

Dawn N from Howard Hanna real estate services was our realtor. In just 2 days with Dawn we found out dream home. On May 26th Dawn took us to see a home that was everything we asked for and more . July 6th we closed and moved in . Yes That is amazingly fast and its because of her hard work and dedication of being 100% on top of everything. Dawn orchestrated everything for us above and beyond . She was like our magic glue holding and bringing together everything between the sellers, banks, attorneys everything. Dawn fought for us and got us in to visit our now home that was fully blocked up with other agents. We were leaving out of state that afternoon and contacted her last minute in the morning and she dripped everything and got is an appointment. I know she is the best there is because no one could have done it better . We were so over the too impressed by her. If you are serious about finding your dream home you want Dawn to be the one helping through your journey . My family can never thank her enough.

Tech provided great follow up. I had originally thought i solved the issue and ended the chat. But I then realized I was having the same issue. I basically gave up on it for a few days and the rep sent a follow-up email asking if everything was going well...to which i replied that I still couldn't log in. He said he would look at it and he corrected the issue (company address didn't match official post office address or something like that). Once he fixed it, I was able to finish setting up the account and now I am good to go.

Roth was very helpful - he cared about the security of my account when establishing password retrieval for my wallet and the back -end of my dashboard.He also engaged in conversation about the current market conditions and the increase of quality leads.He also mentioned a new service your company would be offering soon on a "Fee for Service" basis for sellers which I am very interested in hearing about when the product actually rolls out.

As a new Realtor I signed up for Homes.com because it much more affordable than Zillow. I recieved my first lead within 24 hours. I spoke to another agent in my office and he says he has been getting lots of leads from Homes.com and has been using it for months. He was surprised to hear how many negative reviews were written but then again, people will quickly tell you about a bad experience than a good one. So far I am pleased.

Customer service was great setting up a 3 month trial. I haven't seen results of the service yet. I actually have an account with Realtor.com as well. They are being compared to see which one I'll be keeping. Other agents in my office are doing the same thing to see if we are all getting the same leads or if they are different. Also getting leads from our broker for realtor and homes so we should know soon if this is a win for all.

I've used them twice in the past and I've had decent results both times. I've used the gauntlet of referral sources. Bigger names didn't produce as well as Homes.com did. I've converted about 2 clients off of my $140 monthly investment. Not bad but good for what I spent.

Homes.com has been great to work with. My rep is Kovington- highly recommend using him, he wants to make sure you are receiving the service you signed up for. He follows through to make sure you don't have any questions, and checks in on you to make sure you are getting what you need. I receive leads from them weekly!

I am new to the site, but like the format. The only upfront critic that I can make is having an option to show current estimated property taxes. In some neighborhoods in the Philadelphia area, this is a concern for a potential buyer as the property taxes may price them out of a new area.

I have been a costumer for over 17 years. I used to love my website. Several years ago they were bought out as they mentioned to me so my whole website changed. I didn’t like it. I felt it was hard to maneuver around. Anyway, what happened recently was all of my listings had the all the wrong information on it. Town, style of house, bedroom count, everything was listed wrong on my website. 2 of my homeowners noticed it and were not happy. They called me right away and I called the company right away. Whoever answered the phone said they would have tech work on it. Several days later, nothing. I called again, they said they would put in another work order. Info was all changed but still all wrong. My sellers are furious. I called again, and I asked to speak with a manager. As I am writing this 3 weeks later, I am still waiting for them to call. This issue and their lack of response and not being able to fix their issue for 2 weeks, caused me to go and get a new website while saving over $40 per month. Who knows how long I had this problem with my site. My sellers are the ones who saw it.
