Who at some point hasn’t had a clogged drain, or an issue with their commode. Well after searching websites and hearing horror stories from friends and family that had other so called reputable plumbers arrive, only for it to end in a nightmare, we chose Mr. Rooter Plumbing. First I had tried everything on the market to clear the drain myself, but with much frustration and expense, with the clog still starring me in the face, it was time to call in the big dogs. My Mr. Rooter Service man came & he even put little booties on over his shoes which was impressive, told me his name and I showed him the kitchen sink that was up to the rim with dirty, stinky water. I left him to it. He turned the main water off, went outside and fiddled with the cut off at the street, came back in with this thing I had seen my daddy unstop a sink numerous times when I was growing up called a snake. It’s a wire contraption that you unroll down into the sink drain and then you wiggle it around and rewind it back up. 😱 OMG when he pulled that snake back up thru my drain, it was disgusting. My first surprise was to see a TON of hair collected around it wondering how in the world it got there. Then my teenage daughter came home and I asked her had she been using the kitchen sink to wash her hair in, which she admitted maybe a few times😩. Well after Mr. Rooter explained that. Hair, grease and other food items that go down a kitchen drain get all accumulation together, it clogs the base of the plumbing up which my daughters hair washing had done. Needless to say, I made her pay me half of her babysitting money to cover the bill Mr.Rooter left me. Never, ever again did we have the need to have any plumbing service come out for the kitchen sink. But for other issues, we called our reliable Mr.Rooter man and he was always ready to service our needs.

i used mr. rooter to install a vanity and a toilet to replace some fixtures that wer 40 years old. i made an online inquiry and the next day, i received a call to schedule an estimate, Jim came out the next day and quoted me a rate to install these fixtures. my husband agreed with the rate and scheduled install the next day. Jim was professional, timely and hard workind, we worked all day and cleaned up so well, we could hardly know anyone was there. they even disposed of my old fixtures. the price was as quoted and will use them again. highly recommend

Yanny and his helper came out to our home in a very timely manner. Both very professional and did a great job to fix our broken pipe. We would recommend them for your plumbing needs. If in need, we will call them again. I specifically asked Yanny if I could leave a review.

Mr Rooter Plumbing came as a referral from other relatives they had done work for. Company and its representives are honest and not pushy. They give out fair & reasonable estimates and didnt try & push me to buy on the spot. Would def do business with them again & give a referral.

Unfortunately, our multiple children plug the toilets every year, but thankfully Mr. Rooter Plumbing is only a phone call away and has been a lifesaver on multiple occasions. We have always been treated with professionalism in a timely manner.

Sceptic backed up and sewage came into home. Happened on weekend. Mr. Rooter came out and fixed the problem the same day. Price and service was fair and friendly! Hopefully I never need them again, but if I do I wouldn't hesitate to call.

I needed an urgent service for a badly clogged main sewer line. They come next day with all the tools and did a good job cleaning the roots inside my sewer pipe and recommended chemical for maintenance-Professional fast and affordable service

I would recommend mr rooter to anyone. I called to get a leaky sink serviced. Had a cracked pipe and was taken care of. The price was very affordable and done in a timely manner.

The way I see this company is they sometimes don’t care about costumer service I call them for a emergency service and 3 hours later no plumber I call again and they told me that they can give me a time for them to come I will never deal with them again
