Inspections are free and provide you an accurate cost estimate for pest control services. Rather than sending a technician to give you a quote, Pointe sends state-licensed inspectors to make sure that they set your home or business up with the right service protocol for your unique needs.

Pointe’s formulas and traps target the following pests:

The company also offers bed bug control and termite control, which require a more intense treatment protocol. 

Product Transparency 

Pointe provides a quality product based on the composition, active ingredients, formulations, and methods of application. These pest control products are compliant with their labels (no off-label use) and with laws and regulations pertaining to both residential and commercial settings. Customers are encouraged to learn more about the products on the company's website.

Treatment Guarantee

If you're not home when the technician treats your property, you'll be kept up to date with treatment details via a service delivery e-ticket. Pointe tracks all its service vehicles and geo-stamps its invoices so you know that your service was done where and when your invoice says. 

Pointe will re-service your property if you're still seeing pests after a treatment. You are eligible for a refund if you're still not satisfied after the re-treatment.
