Greenix specializes in developing individual service plans and treatments based on each and every customer’s needs. Four Season Pest Protection

Greenix holds customer satisfaction in high regard, and therefore offers treatment aimed to control pests year-round. This program consists of an initial treatment, a 30-day follow up, and normal quarterly treatments.

During the initial treatment, the exterminator examines potential problem areas and lays all of the groundwork for lasting protection against pests like ants and beetles. This treatment lasts between 30 minutes and 1 hour, is more in depth, and involves more product than the following services.

Thirty days after the initial treatment, a Greenix service professional will arrive to perform the first quarterly treatment. During this treatment, the technician will carefully examine progress, make any necessary adjustments, and break the egg cycle of any existing pests on your property.

After the first quarterly treatment, a technician will perform seasonal quarterly treatments every 90 days. These appointments take less time than the initial treatment because the company's employees are performing basic maintenance, as well as carefully inspecting property for ants and other pests, and monitoring progress.

48-Hour Service Guarantee

Greenix offers a 48-hour service guarantee for customers living within its market, meaning the homeowner can expect a Greenix technician on the site within 48 hours of contacting Greenix. I recently had their service. This company is a rip off. They did not tell me if i cancel i would have a fee. This is def something that needs to be addressed up front. I tried to cancel before my period was up & they just kept saying let’s send a technician out & continued to do this until my trial period was up. Then i couldn’t cancel. I do NOT like dishonest companies that rip people off

CAVEAT EMPTOR I would never recommend this company. We have spent literally hours on the phone with them attempting to cancel once and for all our contract. We wanted to cancel because we were not happy with how they upsold up some additional services. We thought we had it done, but subsequently got an email that they the service would continue. I have never had such difficulty with a vendor as these guys and will never ever use them again. We actually had to remove our credit card information from the account because we were seeing charges not agreed to. You get customer service people on the phone who make commitments as to reversing charges where they do not follow through. They make cancellation nearly impossible and do not respect the language of cancellation terms of their own agreement. They are appalling to work with.

Can’t give less than 1 so that’s what they get. Horrible, horrible services. The pest control treatment (ants & spiders) did absolutely nothing to prevent or control either pest. Called for reservice and still had ants and spiders and on another request they didn’t even show because I didn’t respond to a text. I did respond to 1 service tech whose text said that they were coming but I didn’t respond to a second person’s text so they decided not to show. They even chastised me for not responding, fairly rude actually. Once I advised that I did respond (had to provide number I text to be believed) they just stopped talking to me. When I canceled I let them know why and they, Russ in Account Services, and was told I never had a reservice. I advised I still had text messages and had to go back months to provide dates, he then found the records of my request. After that he had no interest in me or my opinion, took the last payment from my account and then said “have a nice day” , see ya, bye. He did tell me they would have to take 1 more payments but did not tell me he was doing it that day. Great at taking your money but awful at providing a service worth paying for. Read the fine print, they require a contract, it actually says they can’t guarantee they can remove the pests you are paying them to remove. But they do uphold that you pay them about $65 a month for a year. Very pricey for no productive service. Had some very nice techs but didn’t have nice results.

They are only here for maybe 5 minutes, walk around with a "duster" and get cobwebs,and then go to their truck and get some bug spray or powder and the are done. All for $129 a visit. You are bound by a contract for 18 mo. I got a call from a representative from the company asking how I liked the service. I told him how I felt, he said he was sorry and told me he would cancel my contract.

Please beware from the scam They will eat your money and never be able to resolve the issue. They don’t care about others time and money. I had cockroaches issue in my home and they suggested me German roach plan which was quiet expensive on the top of their monthly membership. I paid over $600 but I still have cockroaches. They aren’t trustworthy. Scammer company please don’t water your time and money.

bugs returned outside after about 2-3 weeks - reached out to have a return service and didn't get a response - reached out again and they scheduled - tech never showed up at our house and submitted a note that he was told to cancel - he obviously went to the wrong place- asked to reschedule and have been waiting a couple days to get it scheduled - they charge my account on time every month, but don't do anything to take care of what they are supposed to.

These people are the worst. I signed up for rodent control and when I called to cancel a year later, they kept Pest Control going when I never even ordered Pest Control. It wasn’t till after my tenant asked me why they were continuing to spray that I realize I was getting scammed. I talked to two different managers that kept telling me it was my fault. This thing doesn’t allow me to give them a zero but that’s what they would get .

STAY FAR AWAY. They claim they canceled my account but have been charging me for OVER A YEAR and refuse to stop. Anytime I call or get a call back, they hang up on me. They came out ONE time and it took months of them dodging my calls and me needing to get my husband involved for them to cancel my account. They will charge me 2x in some months even and WILL NOT STOP. Biggest mistake ever signing up with them. I was told yesterday that I would get a call from the director, Spencer. Unsurprisingly, that never happened. I did however get a call today by someone who claimed Spencer was his boss and he would text Spencer and then hung up on me, again. I have been nothing but kind and even apologetic for being frustrated when I have been speaking to the representatives on the phone. I just don't understand. When will this end?? I just want my money back and to not have to go through this nonsense again. Do not make the same mistake I did.

Very shady business practices and a complete lack of customer service. We never had a contract, and had called for pricing a 3 month plan. They set up a 12 month plan at $39.00 a month for pest control. At the time I called Greenix and was told the contract was cancelled and I would get a refund, which never happened. I wound up disputing the charge, I contacted customer service, who insisted we have a plan (even though I disputed their charges in Feb. with AMX). Now we got a text they will be showing up 6/4/24. I called and was on the phone for 45 minutes, trying to stop it- I believe we did, but they never came out and said it. I DID tell them if Greenix showed up, the police would becalled and charges for trespassing filed. Their customer servicer line is anything but helpful (if you can get thru). Stay far away from Greenix!

I totally dislike this company!!!!!! They say that they showed up and didn't. I was not at home doing the times for them to come out. But I had my neighbors watching out for me. She told me they showed up and put a tag on my door saying I received service today, But I didn't. I called to complain. Nothing was ever done. I still have ants in my home after one year of service. I called to cancel my service and I was told I would be penalized. So I said ok, I will wait for my year to be up. Well long and behold I waited and when the year was up they still billed me for another month. Saying I didn't cancel what a rip-off. I am very disappointed in this company!!!!

Beware of Greenix Pest Control: A Disappointing Experience I recently engaged the services of Greenix Pest Control to address a persistent ant problem in my new home. Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating, leaving me convinced that their practices are questionable at best. From the outset, I had reservations about signing a contract with Greenix, sensing that something wasn't quite right. Despite my instincts, I proceeded, hoping that their promises of eco-friendly solutions would prove effective. However, it quickly became apparent that their purported commitment to gentle, non-toxic chemicals was more of a marketing ploy than a genuine strategy for pest eradication. When I confronted them about the ineffectiveness of their treatments for ants, they offered little in the way of assistance or resolution. Instead, I was left to conduct my own research and find a suitable solution independently—a task that should have been handled by the professionals I had hired. Moreover, my trust in Greenix was further eroded when I discovered through my security cameras that their technicians were not performing the services they claimed. Despite billing me for quarterly treatments, they were neglecting to actually treat my property, opting instead to merely leave a note on my door to create the illusion of service. When I brought this evidence to their attention, they begrudgingly acknowledged their error but offered only a paltry $20 credit by way of compensation—an insult considering the extent of their deception and incompetence. In light of my experience, I strongly caution anyone considering Greenix Pest Control to proceed with extreme caution or, better yet, seek services elsewhere. Their lack of integrity, deceptive practices, and ineffective treatments make them a company to avoid at all costs. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by finding a reputable pest control provider who values honesty and delivers on their promises.

Greenix Pest Control whose main location is located in Utah. I was hit by one of their drivers today and after contacting the company asking for help I was invited to come to the local branch to show the damage, but before I could I was contacted by the claims department manager and who I can only guess is one of their workers and told not to come to the branch and if I do they will call the police on me. I have never in my life been threatened with police action after being invited to come and resolve a matter. I feel very disrespected and a bit nervous that they will not hold up their end and fix the damage. If this is how they talk to and treat a victim of one of their employees I feel for their customers when they have a problem.

I would give zero stars if possible. They illegally trespassed and sprayed my organic garden. We have not contracted or paid for their service. When contacting their customer service, they refuse to take any responsibility or compensate for ruining my organic garden. They are the absolute worst!

Their Service has decreased (they will not come inside, etc) which I understand due to Covid), but their prices were not adjusted. They used to sweep the cobwebs and spider nests, but do not any longer.

I didn't care for them. They were spraying for spiders and bees. I had more spiders on my home than a little bit. I wound up exterminating my contract and then exterminating the spiders myself.

After about 10-14 days, activity will decrease. If you continue to see bugs after this time, we would love to come back out and treat your home again for free.

very pushy sales; I signed up to get rid of carpenter bees and was specific about this. Of course if I signed up right away I got their "discounted deal" . Come spring I had as bad of a carpenter bee problem as ever. When I called they said it was extra to treat for these. It was a scam. They are also very pushy at continuously trying to upsell you on mice control, mosquito control etc. Beware.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They don’t even deserve a one star. I’ve spent around $1,000 dollars with them. They came out and got everything set up but after that they didn’t maintain the traps like they said they would. They did a great job on the sale and after that they left me high and dry charging me every month. Had to call them several times to come out and service the traps, they never came out to service when they were suppose to. When they did come out they walked around my house and didn’t do anything. Didn’t reset tripped traps or resupply the traps. I watched them do this and I would check the traps after they left. I’ve been trying to get out of my contract and they won’t let me out and give me my money back. I have no problem paying for a service I receive but I didn’t receive the scheduled maintenance that they said they were going to pride and that I was paying for. They haven’t gotten rid of any pest so far. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE!!!

Worst experience with this pest Company! The first technician that came to our home seemed knowledgeable but after our first treatment to our yard all of our flowers were killed, which included bees. The Representative over the phone did not tell me that there would be a “cancellation fee” when initially speaking. I was also sent to collections without any formal notification that after a certain number of days with an outstanding balance you would be sent to collections. The Greenix Representative would not waive the cancellation fee initially until I continued to call. I would not recommend them to others for your pest needs.

Buyer beware! DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS SERVICE. Once they get you under contract their service becomes night and day different. I've had multiple scheduled times cancelled (via text); they don't even have the decency to call. Then they literally cancelled their own rescheduled appointments. I've been rescheduled twice and both times were cancelled by Greenix. We had one treatment total. The person who came out seemed knowledgeable (hence the 4 out of 5 on knowledge); but within a few weeks of the treatment we saw no improvement in our bug situation. Initially they told us if that was the case they would schedule a retreatment; but when we tried to schedule the treatment was when they started the schedule and then cancel loop I've found myself stuck in to this day. I asked for them to have the tech add rodent to my plan the next time they came to treat our house and they immediately began charging me for rodent services without ever giving me the equipment or doing the rodent service. They then again scheduled the rodent service and the retreatment but these snakes failed to come through again. No tech ever came out for the second insect treatment I was promised; let alone the rodent addition. When I caught that they had charged me rodent for a month of me not having the service I called and asked them about it. They gave empty apologies and said they would refund the charge but then charged me for rodent again despite still not being able to come through for a visit. This was the last straw so I called today to cancel the service. I told them that I've now been charged for several months despite no tech coming back (still only the single initial visit). I've told them this is at least the second (possibly third or more but I don't want to exaggerate) month that I'm paying for rodent services despite not ever getting that set up at the house. My bug/pest problems are honestly worse than before Greenix first treated me (could be the time of year; but their treatment seemingly did nothing). I presented them all of these facts and the guy gave me a bunch of empty apologies. He said that he could refund the rodent charges (duh; the service that I've not ever received, how reasonable). He then goes "so how soon can we get a tech out.' I said "I can appreciate you trying to save this customer but you've failed more than 5 times at this point so I need to find a different service." They told me I'm stuck. They told me they might be able to discount my fees slightly but ultimately I signed up for a year and I'm essentially stuck (even with them failing so hard). DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS SERVICE!!! I am giving them a chance to rectify this. They know who this review is from because I specifically told them I was going to let people know the treatment (or lack of treatment) we've received. I told them I'd either leave a great review stating that just because thus service wasn't for me; doesn't mean it might not be a good fit for others. I understand staffing issues and I would welcome any real apology with real answers of how they would make things right. They told me my options were to pay nearly 200 to cancel outright or I'm just stuck paying a company who has failed so hard so many times. They could still make it right. I will update this accordongly if they do.

Do not hire. Services don’t work and when there is a problem, they are unresponsive. I hired Greenix to help with an ant problem, with spiders, and with mice. I couldn't be more disappointed. When I first signed up, their salesperson, Hudson A, explained how he takes pride in helping the clients he signs up and to let him know when I need something. That was a total lie. As you can see from the pictures, we still have a mouse problem. When I reached out to Hudson, he told me to contact a number to schedule another service. When I did, the woman put me on hold and then said they couldn't schedule anything, but someone would give me a call back. No one called me back and it's been over a week. I followed up with a text to Hudson and you guessed it, I got no response. Do yourself a favor and if you have a pest problem, don't use Greenix. Go with one of the proven companies that will take care of the issue and provide any bit of customer service if something isn’t right.

I signed up for 2 services on 6/23. No one came out again until 10/23 ? I thought it was every 3 months? They charge you every month for the service but don't even come out to retreat until a month after the service was due. I told the service tech I wanted to cancel my service. There is a $250 charge to cancel each service. So it would cost $500 to cancel. There is any prorating on the cancellation fee. You could cancel 2 days before your contract is up and still be charged $500.00. I haven't noticed any change in the pests. I usually don't bother to post reviews but I think the way this company does business is wrong. I should have done more research. Don't make my mistake

Our experience with Greenix has been the worst ever. Bad service, bad product, bad customer service. They use water not chemical. The same day they should spray my home and yard I could not open any of my 3 entrance doors due to the amount of bugs, mosquito's swarming the doors as well as spider weds and spiders. We would call and complain they would send someone out and still my home covered in bugs my yard the same. All summer it has been a constant battle with Greenix. This is a company that truly doesn't care about their customers. They want to charge a 250.00 cancelation free for a contract they don't tell you, you are in. The company is a scam and I truly don't think all the Greenix companies are part of the Greenix headquarters in Utah. Delaware is not in their service market. The average time any tech ever spent spraying my entire home and just under 1 acre yard was about 10 minutes. How is that possible? How is it possible to have such a huge amount of bugs, spider and cobwebs at each entrance door the same day service was provided? Greenix has to be the worst company for service, product customer service and follow up. We are paying for a useless worthless service that Greenix proudly only displays the 5 score reviews not the truthful fact filled honest reviews. Greenix sucks!!!!

Empty promises and tight contracts, no wiggle room, heavy fees to cancel ($250) before a grueling 1.5 year contract. My "heavily discounted" service was $75 a month, but that's for 1 service every 3 months! So, you are paying the company $225 dollars to spray your yard once (a service that only took a few minutes. That spray must be gold)! In fact, the service accomplished nothing as far as I could tell. Still got bug bites after service and see insects all over the place. If you are reading this, chances are that you are already stuck in this contract. They make sure you don't get a minute to look at reviews yourself and instead flash a near 5 star rating and A+ BBB rating at you. So, to you, I am here to commiserate. Let us collectively learn from our mistake. NEVER CONCEDE TO PRESSURE SALES! If they aren't able to give you time to think, it is only because they don't want you to make a reasonable decision.

Bottom line, never use this company at all; 1-Poor customer service, very easy to get your money through annual contracts, however, once you sign it, you would not get your promised service and you are stuck with them for a whole year. 2-They would show up at your door step without any arrangements, if by any chance they gave you a time frame to arrange your monthly service, they show up very late by many hours, You have to be physically present to observe their work, otherwise, it will be done very poorly, i observed their "service technician" through many of my surveillance cameras around my house and yard as he though no one was watching him. 3-Their customer service is very poor, one of their customer service staff hang up the phone while i was talking because she was unable to find my account. Also when you call to complaint about how they manage their frequent service all they do is to apologize for you. YOU DO NOT NEED APOLOGIES, YOU NEED GOOD SERVICE. 4-Very poor communication between their customer service office and their on-ground technicians to update them. 5-Please spare your money and do things your self, unless absolutely necessary, then don't waste money using this company. 6-Most recent example to be given for their poor service...I was notified for my service at a certain date, i called earlier that day to verify time frame, i was told no later than 2pm, i had to stay at home to wait for them but no one showed up, i called them again but of course more apologies then had to reschedule in 2 days with specific time frame, on that upcoming appointment, no-one showed up to the appointment and then was called by their service tech many hours later stating that he apologize but his boss did not notify him regarding that service, i told him i need my service and you need to come in 1 hour, he agreed, then he called me back 10 min prior to my service and told me he cannot do service due to whether condition and i need to reschedule next day, i confirmed with him with a time frame again, no one showed up next day and no one called me to reschedule a true appointment, this is how poor their service is.

We have been dealing with voles in our yard around the house for a couple years. We tried homemade traps with poison and another wildlife control company, Wildlife X Team. While we understand voles are very challenging to get rid of, we specifically asked if Greenix could get rid of the voles. Greenix’s approach was only to use above ground rodent bait stations. Personally, we have been using this approach since the first signs of the varmints came on the scene. While it may take care of a few voles, it does not kill the fast-reproducing colony underground. Greenix does not provide any additional approach other than the rodent bait stations. There are other methods to try to get rid of, remove or annihilate the sweet little monsters, but Greenix does not have any additional resources. There is also a $249.00 early cancellation fee one should be aware of. Although their approach does not effectively eradicate voles, Greenix refused to waive the $249 early cancellation fee, but only offered to put out more stations. Other efforts we have tried includes: 1) destroyer smoke bombs – doesn’t kill them all; 2) TomCat Mouse traps – effective with peanut butter, but only takes care of those that come above ground; 3) plunger style mole traps – nothing, will try the alternative (scissor) style; 4) SuperCat gopher & Vole trap – nothing yet; and 5) VoleX and Ramik – not sure how effective as the little guys are still out there tunnelling and eating. We thought that Greenix would be the company that would take care of the problem, but not in this case. Greenix may be effective against other rodents or pests, but as it relates to getting rid of voles, we are not satisfied. Spent way too much money trying to get rid of the problem. We are dissatisfied with Greenix and would not recommend this company for anything and especially if you have a vole invasion. Don’t forget that you have to proactively call to make sure they do not continue to schedule you after the one-year contract is up. If anyone has a sure way of getting rid of these pests, patent it and start your own company. We need real solutions.

Never impressed with the service. Decided to cancel when they never showed up in the month of November ( like the contract said they would) They decided to show up at my door step 5 days before Christmas with zero notice (which I was promised I’d get a few day notice before any treatment) when I called to cancel the sales rep said I had to have one more treatment and they would give it to me at a discounted price before I could cancel) 3months later Greenix shows up at my door step for a treatment (again no email notification a few days before- I also checked my spam) Thankfully I was home to tell the man I had canceled because they would have been making fraudulent changes to my bank account. I called the next day questioning why I was still being put on their treatment list and they said my contract was still active. The ignorant, disrespectful and cocky sales rep kept repeating himself, trying to sell me a cheaper deal when all I wanted to do was to cancel for the SECOND time. He was either making a joke out of the fraudulent situation or just could not comprehend any of the conversation. I’ve never been so disrespected that I needed to hang up on a sales rep before! Overall horrible experience!!!!!!

The late-night sales pitches are a horrible experience. After we declined services, we realized the salesman used our name as a way to pitch services to other neighbors. Stating that we decided to transfer when we never did. It’s a really deceitful practice and turned me off to this company.

If you look you will find that. 1500.00 later their products did not work for us. And all we can do is pay them more. Even in contract. Believe us when we say this company is not the best. This is the worst company ever!!! They’re suppose do the outside and inside of your home. They provided inside service twice in over a year. When I called to complain about them not servicing the inside of my home they said I couldn’t reschedule and had to wait till the treatment. Furthermore they said I consented to 18 month contract when I confirmed a year. They are a rip off company. I called to complain and they said they would stop further payments and cancel all further charges an and any charges, but continued to charge me. Be ware they are crooks.

Not only did they not catch any of the rodents that they claimed I had, but when notifying them we had some financial crunch to take care of, they wouldn't let us out of their 12 month contract that we pay monthly fees for. Yup, that's right, you either keep paying or they'll hit you with a $250.00 fine. To even get to that point, you have to call them multiple times, email them notification/signatures to cancel. Stay away, and just take care of pests yourselves, there is better options than this scam company.

Absolutely a scam!!!!! Horrible customer service! You will be on hold, even disconnected when calling to resolve issues. They sold my neighbor and I the same package on the same day for completely different prices. They do not tell you everything that is included and blame you for not reading the contract to know and tell them what you want done. I wish I had recorded all of our conversations bc everyone tells you a different story. Save your money!

I would give them no stars if I could. I took the 1 time treatment ($250) to get rid of my hornets. They came out 4 times and I still have the same amount of hornets I had when they started. Now they refuse to come out again unless I sign up for the yearly program. I don't want the yearly program, I just want rid of the hornets. In my opinion they are a scam, just in it for the money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!

Tonight my wife was verbally assaulted at our front door by a Greenix sales person who refused to leave our front porch and called her a "crazy b*tch" when she asked him to leave. Apparently, he has been harassing others in our neighborhood and is quite the talk on Nextdoor and the local Facebook group. We spoke with the local police and they recommend that others call in if they are harassed by the Greenix sales team (who appear to be soliciting illegally without a permit).

We considered having Greenix do our pest control but they wanted to rope us into a one year contract. WE only wanted it for the summer months. WE cancelled and have been fighting with them for weeks- to return the deposit. They apparently do not want to do this. I would not recommend trying these people.

I had to call numerous times to cancel the contract as they kept telling me wrong dates of the end of the contract. Was not happy with Carlos as their customer service line. Very disappointed to end this business relationship that way.

I am current customer since last one year, they signed the contract for an year and just show up every quarter for the money, In my house there are bunch of ants and this problem remains since we signed the contract they don't respond.
