Comprehensive Pest Library

White Knight Pest Control offers homeowners an expansive catalog of services for any unwanted pest issue. Almost regardless of the pest problem, the pest control company covers the following insects and arachnids:

  • Ant control (including fire ants)
  • Bed bugs
  • Centipedes and millipedes

  • Earwigs
  • Mosquitoes
  • Rodents
  • Scorpions
  • Spiders
  • Stink bug contro
  • Termites and wood-destroying insects

The company is especially equipped to handle bed bug infestation problems. Its treatment plan includes a thorough inspection, fumigation of the affected areas, and a follow-up visit 10 to 14 days following the initial pesticide application. The pest control service also provides specialized treatment for mosquitoes, which involves identifying and eliminating potential and active breeding sites and monthly mosquito-specific treatments.

Additionally, White Knight Pest Control also handles termite infestation problems. Following the initial inspection, a White Knight Pest Control technician will employ the following termite inspection and removal tools:

  • Termidor® — Widely considered one of the most effective termite treatment products in the pest control industry, Termidor can be used for spot treatments as well as an exterior perimeter against future infestations.
  • Termi-Shield Termite Monitoring — Termi-Shield is an effective, safe, and affordable early detection system for termites. All new White Knight Pest Control customers can have a Termi-Shield system installed and inspected for free.
  • WDI Report — For new home buyers, White Knight Pest Control can also submit a wood-destroying insects report directly to the lender. This report will be submitted along with the final home inspection, and protect home buyers from any unpleasant surprises.
  • Termite Warranty — All Termidor treatments come with a one-year warranty that can be renewed every year. Termi-Shield customers can also receive free spot treatment should the occasion require.

The Bad

  • No Wildlife Control
  • Limited Service Area

No Wildlife Control

Despite White Knight Pest Control’s impressive pest catalog, the company does not appear to provide service for the identification and safe removal of wildlife beyond rodents and birds. Customers with pests that can’t or shouldn’t be exterminated via pesticide (e.g. raccoons, deer, etc.), may need to consult elsewhere for solutions to their problems.

Limited Service Area

White Knight Pest Control’s services cover Arizona, Texas, Utah, and Colorado. While these four states account for a fairly broad geographical area, the company may yet find itself disadvantaged to larger companies with a more national footprint like Terminix. Promoting verified White Knight Pest Control reviews can be an effective way to amplify customer voices and spread the word about the company’s service record. This in turn may help White Knight Pest Control to better stand out from the competitions.

The Bottom Line

Customers living within White Knight Pest Control’s four-state service area are encouraged to seek the company out for a free, custom quote on its available services. White Knight’s thorough exterior/interior inspection NPMA membership, and insect expertise, customers can rest assured they’ll be receiving quality service at an affordable price.

Incompetent techs couldn’t eliminate one ant hill after 3 attempts; maybe because my blood tests prove that they misidentified the type of ant. And service people were even worse, rude and didn’t keep promises.

I currently have been searching for a pest control until a week ago. I was driving through a neighborhood and seen a truck parked outside a house and two nice gentleman had waved at me. I looked at their truck and realized that they were pest control so I decided to look them up. I had also called other places for quotes and white knight was by far the cheapest place!! (They have awesome and affordable package prices) When it came to the day of the service, I was greeted with a gentleman name, Robert is kind and very polite. He taught me so many things. his honesty also goes above and beyond compared to most people. He is super friendly and very well mannered. He addressed any questions and concerns I had. I will now be able to sleep at peace, knowing that he was able to help me out. I am glad to say I went with white knight.. I do recommend them 110% & they are very trustworthy people.

Zero stars. Never got the refund promised to me after deleting my LAST bad review. Originally I was upset because there was a miscommunication regarding if the follow up visit 30 days later was free. Their sales tactics are to confuse and deceive you, turns out not only is the 30 day follow up NOT free, it’s $140. I called twice and spoke to two different representatives that day requesting a refund and I never received a call back, so I left a bad review. Then a rude man from corporate called and attempted to intimidated into taking me review down in exchange for removing my bad review. I removed it, and was never refunded. So today I left a new 1 star review, the same man from corporate called me and was SO RUDE and spoke to me like a child and unprofessional, when I told him I was canceling my service he said good riddance and proceeded to charge my card $300 and I still haven’t received my r efund so in total $440!!! I am now reporting them to BBB and filing a complaint because as it shows multiple charges it’s clearly fraud! Avoid this place at all costs. I’m just getting started… THIS IS THE CURRENT ALERT FOR THIS BUSINESS ON BBB website ‼️‼️ A CURRENT ALERTS FOR THIS BUSINESS Pattern of Complaint: In May 2024, BBB began contacting White Knight Pest Control to address the underlying issues of disputes regarding sales practice issues, cancellation, and service concerns. BBB requested that the business respond with an outline of the policies/procedures, actions they are taking, and other efforts they have in place to help address and eliminate the underlying issues regarding these patterns. BBB files indicate that this business has a pattern of complaints wherein consumers allege they were sold with promises of no obligations and acknowledgement of signing a contract alleging they did not sign one but received acknowledgment of a contract. On May 31, 2024, BBB submitted a written request to White Knight Pest Control, encouraging them to address these patterns of complaints. Based on the evaluation of the consumer complaints, BBB files indicated that this business has a pattern of complaints in the last 90 days alleging: - Sold with promises of no obligation agreements. - Receipt of acknowledgment of a contract without signing one. - Failure to receive contracted services. On June 10, 2024, the business responded by stating that they have put a policy in place where their technician does not service a consumer's home unless there is a signed agreement and a payment account on file. White Knight Pest Control included in their response their uptick in complaints is due to growth in adding 7 new offices in the last 3 to 4 months, Blitz sales teams selling in a specific area for a short time, and seasonal growth between April through September due to an increase of pest activity. White Knight Pest Control responded to BBB's cancellation concerns stating only one complainant provided a 30 days' notice. White Knight provides th option for consumers to receive their last service a advised to immediately call to ensure that the 30-d

First let me say that the pest control aspect was very good. Not as frequent as we preferred, but they did a very good job and we had almost no problem with that and we wouldn't have switched (see my review for Hawx) if not for a very large billing issue. The reason for the low rating is the main office / accounts people. Like everyone, we had autopay set up - the fee was charged to our credit card and we just assumed everything was fine. Until, that is, we got a very irate email that our service was interrupted because of non payment. I figured that because they bill quarterly the previous quarter bill had been paid but this new quarter was affected by our credit card expiring so I updated the expiration date and thought that was that. Until, however, I got a very irate call from my husband asking why I just paid White Knight over $800. OVER EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLARS. Apparently it wasn't anything about the card expiring, they just hadn't billed us for OVER A YEAR. They didn't send a "your payment was declined, please update" email that literally every other utility / subscription / whatever sends. And they kept providing service for a YEAR - I still can't get over that - without billing us. We reached an agreement, finally, that was actually a pretty good deal for us, but as soon as our contract ended we switched immediately.

The company has good customer service. If you have a concern about the service or the chemicals used in the service. they are very accommodating and will send a technician out to spay for bugs. I have to question the effectiveness of the chemicals they use that would make it necessary for them to come out every other month. It does not seem cost effective to continue using the service.

This company is the absolute worst on every level possible. We signed a year-long contract in April of 2023. After multiple services, we noticed that it didn't seem to work. I called in January to cancel the contract to which they said I would be charged a fee for breaking the contract. They told me that I only had two more services, so if I finished the contract, they would close my account afterward. Before ending that phone call in January I confirmed that after the two remaining services, my account would be closed to which they said yes. I randomly received a phone call today to confirm a service scheduled for Monday. I told them no, we didn't schedule anything, and we closed our account. Now we learn that the employee we talked to in January did not close the account, and they are trying to charge us $130 to close the account today. This problem is still not resolved, and I'm still going back and forth with them. Supposedly a different department is going to call us. The solution they used genuinely did not work, but the worst part of this company is how they treat their customers. They will find every possible way to charge you extra money, and if you don't pay they tell you how it will hit your credit. In an economy where finances are a lingering stress for most, this company chooses to gouge its customers for every dollar it can. DO NOT waste your time, money, or energy with White Knight Pest Control! It will be the worst mistake and biggest regret!

BBB HAS REVOKED THEM! So we went through a full year contract and then nearly another full year but not on contract. We continued to have a major wasp problem we tried to call them back out per their contract but was always given the accuse that we are far away and can't get a guy scheduled until my next appointment.. so then I get a text from their tech saying he will be there in 30 minutes I said no don't come without a schedule he said okay and I told him to have his people contact me. A week goes by so on the day we are putting our dog down I get a text from the tech again saying he will be there in an hour. I am like not today don't come I still never heard from your people . So he text back with the number. So I call them tell them the issues and tell them I will no longer need their services the lady becomes rude saying I can't cancel with out 30 day notice and that I will be charged 100 dollars. I said no you never scheduled so I had no appointment so I can cancel now and not get charged she kept going on, i told her i was on my way to put my dog down and i can't deal with this just fix it. She still kept going on so I got mad and hung up. They did charge me still so I called back to get it reversed and it seems they are pros at screwing people over because I explained they never scheduled they looked at the text they sent but showed it was never sent. So they even confirmed I didn't get scheduled as text has been how I have communicated with them. Their tech had no issues texting me. Looking at other reviews this company is a scam they don't kill anything and then when you get tired of dealing with the bugs yourself they want a way to steal more money from you on the worst day of your life. Please do yourself a favor and don't use them!

I have been with white knight for over 5 years and have been somewhat happy with their subpar service but today I tried cancelling my agreement and I received horrendous service from a "manager" daisy. Very rude and unintelligent she couldn't even understand the agreement I signed 5 years ago. She tried telling me you needed 30 days to cancel and I would have to have my service and pay the $90 even though I was canceling. Even after so many years of putting up with the terrible service she couldn't have at least waived the fee for this non-binding contract? stuck around for so long because we didn't know any better.

I was a paying customer for a year,I found out about this company because a door to door salesman came to my house to get me to sign up. Shortly after I became a paying member, I realized that he overestimated the value of the service. They cost more than Berrett Pest Control but they're products were no more effective than Berrett Pest Control.

They are very good at keeping the scheduled treatments outside. However, the technicians don't spay inside with the same frequency.
