The worst company that I ever have contact with. They showed up to give us an estimate, ($400) then came to our property one time to do a treatment, after that they just keep charging my card every month for $44, and did not showed up any more. I called and cancel the contract because we never had any more visits, or schedule a tech., but they just keep charging a monthly fee and not showing up. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

Wish I’d looked here before wasting time and money. The first sales representative was okay and we struck a contract. One payment in full for two applications. First visit was as scheduled and of course a no show for the second. Called CS and was told I was pushed out a week later. Ok ✅. Before the second visit I called CS to say I saw an increase of ants and to make that note on my account. The CS Representative was awful but I hoped they would add the note to my account. Service representative has no such note, stated there are no visible bugs, guess he missed the huge ant piles around my driveway!? I called the Service Representative and their mailbox was not set up, so called CS again to voice my displeasure. “No record of my call and too bad for me. It was a two time visit and that’s it.” I guess it was missed that I would use them again as a return customer. Completely dismissed. There are still bugs visible in my yard. Do not throw away you money on this company and their “less than” service.

Customer service was not knowledgable. Had 4 different tech service guys and only one was ok. The others killed the grass, I complained but got no satisfaction or remedy of problem. Increased prices frequently. Not a small company. Owned by 4th largest pest control in world from Sweden. Their profit is main focus, not the customer.

Ignorant staff, expensive, limited results, unable to identify an issue. They purchased Impact Pest Control in Tampa, eliminated the educated representatives and replaced them with people who are not educated in the business of pest prevention or knowledge of basic FL bugs. Very disappointed after receiving decades of top notch service from Impact Pest Control - no comparison in service of professionalism.

They cancelled my Termite bond without informing, 2 years ago.. They charged me for monthly mosquito traps but never seemed to have the supplies and continued charging me for 3 months after I cancelled. Once I discovered I called to get it taken care of and they said they would give me a refund but never did. On top of all of that, spiders/bugs were still present after service and would find marks on my children. I started with Bug Brigade and they were awesome till Turner bought them. Went down hill from there.

Terrible Customer Service. Everytime we have a pest control service scheduled that requires access to the inside of our house, they are late. Today was no different. Scheduled to arrive between 10-11 am. I called at 11:30 for an ETA, and the scheduler said “he’s running late.” I know! That’s why I called! Three hours later, I called again. They still do t know when then tech will arrive. Said they don’t even know where he is. Yeah, right. You can’t call him? He can’t call to apologize? Fired them right then and there. Additionally, whenever they do come, they frequently make excuses like “I don’t have the equipment for that service” or “there’s nothing we can do about it.” Then what am I paying you for?!

Turner merged (sold) to an out of area company in 2022. Turners best got promoted, thats good. Newbies are not family business oriented. New techs do not take a personal interest in outcomes. Its up to you to stay on the watch for fixing issues. Previously, your personal tech new your lawn and critter/crawling insects hot spots. Going big is not good for hometown people. If you have to call Atlanta, you no longer should be sold on firm being a local family owned company. The original Turner was exceptional and proud of personal touch.

They constantly overbill you. My builder coverd the cost of my Termite Bond for the 1st year. Turner came in that 1st year and charged me again for the termite bond as well as the service plan I chose for the house. So basically they got paid twice for the bond. Then I cancelled the annaul service and they continued to bill me but did not alert me that I would have to pay for the remaining services after the contract was cancelled.

Very dissatisfied with their service and cannot recommend... Someone came out once for a full cleanout for the interior and exterior (2000 sq ft house and a 1.5 acre land) which took 15 minutes. The technician performed a quick 'service' and sat in the car for 45 minutes on his phone. My roach problem was not eliminated or even decreased after that visit. In addition to that, I was told they do not have the equipment available to complete the initial service and would come back when it is in, but had no information or estimated time when it would be available. Of course I was not told about their lack of equipment until the tech was done with the first service. Why charge a full fee and offer incomplete services? I cancelled the services after that first visit, since it was a joke. I was also charged 3 separate fees totaling $641 and no refunds were made when I expressed my dissatisfaction. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Turner Pest Control and their poor services.

I have never been SO disappointed in a company as I am Turner. I didn't have much of a choice because my home builder hired them to do the Termite protection. So, after meeting initially with the Tech (Mike) - I also signed up for the lawn and bug treatment. (After this meeting I was told by my builder that they had already paid for the Termite protection for the first year... so I spent $650.00 as I was misled by the Tech! My lawn is now FULL of weeds and dead spots, they don't show up as promised or scheduled..... I have YET to see an "inside" guy to put down anything... I have sent email after email... even RESPONDED to an email because they can't "process my card" - and have STILL not gotten a reply. They are HORRIBLE and the WORST mistake I ever made was signing the contract they are now in BREACH OF.... EDITED to say that I got an email today cancelling my service - and telling me I owe them $315.00 for services they did NOT complete. They did a total of 2 lawn services...and destroyed my yard. Lawn service is $45.00 a month / Bug Service is $60.00 and they never performed a single service! I will have to pay WAY more then that to FIX what they did!

WORST COMPANY TO WORK WITH.... THEY SHOULD BE CALL “TURNERS COLLECTORS” INSTEAD OF TURNERS PEST CONTROL !!!!! I have been paying this company for the last 14 months and 6 months ago I tried to terminate their services for the same issues that I have been having for the whole contract. The weed that growths at my St. Augustine grass is the best friend of Turner's services. Weed growth stronger and stronger after every single service and my St Augustine grass is dying slowly...... Funny Fact... every time that the lawn technician came to my house said... you need to sharp the blades of your mower machine even dough I used a brand new one the past couple of times. In February, I had the Annual Termite Inspection with Turner, and Turner's "Tech" recommended replacing some of the termite traps and adding more around my property. To this day, 2 months after the inspection, they have not come in and completed their own recommendation considering that the service was paid for in advance and they did not perform the original installation correctly My house is full of spiders, fire ants and wasp nest and they just charged my Credit Card....... I have been calling them for the pass 2 months and they just asking me to reinstate payments in order to make any corrections. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!

We used Turner when we 1st moved into our new home 4 years ago. Turner was recommended by our builder. Turner's cost was somewhat high in our opinion at the time, but since we were new to the area, we decided to use their service for termite control, lawn and shrub care and pest control. Furthermore, Turner's service and attention to detail wasn't nearly as good as the one we had used in our previous home for several years, Massey Services. So, after 3-4 months w/ Turner, we contacted Massey and negotiated an agreement that was less costly than Turner's.

It has been 1 1/2 months since Turner took our $2,000. We still have rats and not 1 rat has been caught. Several times they couldn't even complete the ideas they think should be done because they are missing some basic supply or tool on their truck.

I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau on Turner Pest Control because they killed my grass and wouldn't do anything about it. This is the worst company that I have dealt with. The Customer Service really sucks! The weeds in my yard were getting worse. Customers BEWARE DO NOT hire this company because you will endure bad service and treatment. They're terrible. WORST COMPANY EVER!

I had a date on April 3rd at my building with a Turner person. Nobody showed up, I called and was pleasant with the result that someone would call me. As of today, April 11th nobody from Turner has called me. My conclusion is that these people are at the very least rude and probably incapable. My advice would to not deal with them and hope they choke on their own stuff. Wallace Savory

Never called to say they were coming, only way I knew they came was the sign on the front lawn. The lanai pool cage was not swept for spider webs. Had a rodent problem even though I have bait boxes. Would not recommend.
